Only PD can tell us how "foreign" those delegates are? Most probably from Her next door ? IS PD an EDUCATED person? I am having Doubts about her standard of education, there is nothing "original" about her work, which are "bits n pieces " from some films/serials ! EMA has turned out to be REAL GARBAGE NOW !
