Timmy keeps taking Miilee on through the woods. Miilee tells him that she will stay someplace else, but Timmy stops her and takes her to his house. Miilee is sleeping on the bed next to Timmy, his brother and his sister, when Timmy's brother wakes up and sees that there are an extra pair of feet on the bed.He is confused and lifts the blanket of Miilee. He screams, they all wake up and Miilee and Timmy make them stop screaming, otherwise Timmy's strict father will wake up and get angry.
Ramona walks into the house, and shouts at Hiralal, asking why it took him so long to open the door. Then Popo comes up and tries to hug Ramona, saying that she is his sister. Ramona is shocked and swats Popo away angrily.
Ramona goes to Vishal, and asks who is this Popo. Then Kamini walks in, and smirkingly says that Popo is Vishal's son from before he married her. Ramona is shocked and says that all these years, they hid it from them?
Ramona and Kamini leave, and Popo comes and puts on some acting in front of Vishal, acting like all he ever wanted was their love. Vishal doesn't do anything, just stands there. Popo leaves and Sagar says that he is a great actor. Popo says that since he has done such great acting, then he will get great money too. Babita comes up and takes Popo away, leaving behind a confused Sagar.
At breakfast, the kids tell their father that there is an insect on his head, and in all the hoopla, they manage to sneak some food to Miilee. When the father realizes that they were lying, he hits Timmy hard and leaves the room, and Timmy lies there, bleeding. Miilee rushes in, and they take Timmy to the hospital.
In the same hospital, Rahul is lying unconscious. Miilee is asking the nurse for a doctor, but the nurse says that he is handling an accident case, for whom nobody has come yet. Miilee runs around the hospital, looking for a doctor, and finally finds one, who bandages and cleans Timmy's head.
Then Miilee goes right into Rahul's ward, and then she sees Rahul and starts crying. She tells them to start Rahul's operation immediately. While the operation is going on, Miilee is crying and praying, and Karan looks on happily from behind a potted plant.
