It's also called self-respect and trust. If you love someone, trust them, and is secure in your relationship (and it works both ways), you don't have need to go to drastic lengths to get them or for them to stay with you. Both of you already know what you have and what you mean to each other, so neither of you are going to leave each other.
Kalpi loves and trust Raghav and she knows he feels the same way too, so she understands that she doesn't need to work hard or play childish games to get him, he already belongs to her. Whereas Pookie's love is one-sided, she loves him but he doesn't, so she has put herself in a situation where she has to try and get him. I tell you, I dislike very much how creatives have shaped this character's portrayal to get love, they could have come up with something more believable rather than showing her turning into a self-delusional, homicidal, maniac young woman.
I really hope if creatives ever show Raghav falling for Pookie, they make sure and show the promise he made to Kalpi ,that the day he looks at anybody else, he'll die.
