It doesn't say this here..but Fawad was a lead singer in a band, called Entity Paradigm aka EP. So, Fawad can sing as well. He left the band in 2012 so he could solely focus on acting. EP was a famous, and respected rock band in Pakistan during their time. So he's really a singer turned actor.
Here's one of their songs called Kuch Shor Macha:

Also, the director of Zindagi Gulzar Hai asked Fawad to sing the male version of Zindagi Gulzar Hai..but Fawad refused..so it then went to Ali Zafar.

Another thing..Fawad was the first choice for the show Mata e Jaan. This show will air in India soon. However, he turned the show down and it went to Adeel Hussain. Mata e Jaan's writer was the same as Humsafar's and the makers wanted to recreate that success however Fawad turned the show down and went with Zindagi Gulzar Hai instead.

it is very difficult to place his accent..it's like this mixture of several accents combined. šŸ˜† However, I've heard him bring out this pure American accent..I have no idea where he got that from. šŸ˜†

ahh, I love Adeel Hussain! ā¤ļø I think they're going to show quite a few of Adeel's shows on Zindagi. I think Fawad would have definitely worked as Ibaad in Mata e Jaan and slightly more than Adeel..but, Adeel worked for me.

I never liked him until I watched his drama Shukk and realized how brilliant an actor he is 😳 If I get time, I'll definitely give Mata-e-Jaan a try 😃 I loved Farhat Ishtiyaq's dialogues from Humsafar. Are Mata-e-jaan's dialogues good as well? 😳
