i think its "i love you too" in response to Ruhi😊 but i would love to see "i love you too" for Raman and "i love you two" for both Raman-Ruhi in future😃😃

I think dialogue writer did it on purpose so that viewers can get their own perception on it. If it was just for Ruhi she would have added her name or beta or something after it but the dialogue did not have that so it was left to the viewer's imagination on purpose!
