See Rudra said the stalker knew the house and layout like the back of his hand or as if it was his own house? And he suspected someone helping him! And its more than possible that person is none other than Laila!!
And Laila may not be living in the haveli anymore. But bloody hell none of us thought of her as a possibility! Cz she LIVED in the house for weeks! Loitering everywhere freely! Who better to betray them than her now!
Cz considering all the information the stalker already has on the 2 of them he most definitely would know about Laila and the connection and that she stayed there!
So my guess is that the stalker may not have involved her fully with the truth. But terrorizing Paro and finally promising to kill her WITHOUT harming Rudra would most definitely get Laila to join hands with him!!
