Soham's next not a dark thriller

Soham's next film will be a total contrast from his last film, KAAL. "It will be very much the opposite of KAAL and definitely not a dark thriller though I would not like to elaborate more on the subject," says the young and unassuming director.

The film, which will be once again produced by Dharma Productions, will begin shooting soon after Karan Johar wraps up the shooting of his on-going film. "Karan wants me to start the shooting of the film the moment he wraps up KABHI ALVIDA NA KEHNA. I am hoping to finish the scripting of the film soon so that we can sit down and work on the casting of the film," Soham reveals.

Interestingly, he has also made a decision to stick to the banner of Dharma productions. "I have decided to work only for Dharma Productions. I enjoy working with Karan. He is a wonderful producer who's extremely supportive and at the same time allows you a lot of creative freedom," he says.

The untitled film is expected to go on the floor towards the end of December or early January.
