And after killing off the Nawab, she got him into the Nawab's household before going to jail. This explains the age difference between Aahil and Rehan. Aahil's almost 5-6 years older.

Aahil will turn 30 in two weeks. Now since Nida attended college with Aahil, she has to be more or less close to that age. So how an she be Sanam's twin since Sanam's younger than Rehan?

Also, were they identical twins or fraternal?

What you say makes absolute sense & I wish it were true but I too have this gnawing feeling that Nida is Sanam's twin sis. If that is the case, then in a way, it will be history repeating itself, especially if Nida has grown up with Razia. It will be Sanam against Seher (Nida) just like it used to be Humeira against Zoya
