We as per the precap we see ishita was standing behind raman whereby raman was looking quite hot.
So in my opinion since Shagun wearing dresses and ishita will start wearing the sarees Shagun wears and walks like that where by raman tel her what are you trying to do he tells her no need to change she looks beautiful with her own type sarees

Ishita is not a village illiterate to do something like this
She will never change her dressing for raman like not copy shagun
And when u see ur husband with his ex. The last thing in ur mind is how hot ur husband is looking LOL
