ArNaya OS: Teri Galiyaan *completed*

''Yeh jagah bohut jani pehchani lagti hai? Hum yahaan pehle kabhi aaye thhe kya? Mujhe kuch bhi yaad nahi hai,Arjun..'' Shanaya sighed in sadness,trying to remember the place.

''Shanaya,yeh wohi jagah hai jahaan pe hum pehli baar mile thhe... Hum dono yahaan pe baithe thhe.. Yaad karne ki koshish karo,princess... Issi cliff se tum apne balance kho khe gir pari thi aur...'' Arjun couldnt complete his sentence,when tears fell from his eyes.

''Yahi dube din mere,
Yahi hote hai savere,
Yahi marna aur jeena,
Yahi mandir aur madina...

''Ary dekho toh.. Kitni sundar butterfly hai.. Arjun,mujhe woh butterfly chahiye.. Pata nahi kyun mujhe iss butterfly ko dekh ke lagta hai ki isske saath mera bohut purana aur gehra sambandh hai.. Chalooo...''

Shanaya pulls him and tries to catch the butterfly. She was running after the butterfly just like an innocent child who runs after a flying balloon. She had a different kind of smile adorned on her beautiful face.. Her dimples were visible... A ray of child-like innocence was emitting from her body language... She was way too happy today... Arjun carefully observed Shanaya and prayed to Bappa to return her lost memory back and also prayed to keep them happy,forever...

''Pakar liya tumhe... Kitni bhagi tumhari picche... Aao..'' Shanaya signalled the butterfly..

As if the butterfly knowing her,she went and sat on Shanaya's hands.Shanaya carefully looked at the butterfly and said, ''Pata nahi kyun.. Mujhe aisa lagta hai ki main tumhe bohut acchi tarha se jaanti hu.. Aisa lagta hai ki mera aur tumhara bohut gehra rishta hai... Kya tum bhi mujhe jaante ho?''

The cute,little saffron coloured butterfly fluttered its wings and got settled on her hair.. Shanaya jumped a bit in excitement..

''Mujhe yaad nahi,par,suna hai ki jab bhi koi butterfly kisi larki ke upar baithti hai,toh,uski shaadi jaldhi hojati hai... Tabhi toh mere aur Arjun ki shaadi hogayi thi... Bas,itna yaad hai.. Kya tum meri madat karoge meri khoyi hui yaadon ko lautane mein?''

As if understand her thoughts,the butterfly fluttered her wings.. Shanaya smiled...

Arjun remembered thos painful days when their honeymoon turned to be their life's biggest disaster.. Spending uncountable nights beside his half-dead wife,Shanaya,who was in coma. Her feet slipped and she fell off from the clip and hurt her head badly,which resulted in partial memory loss,completely.. Arjun broke dow when he heard the doctor declare that maybe she wont regain her lost memory back,but,Arjun had full faith on his love and care and on Bappa that one day,her memory will come back... He still remembers when he took the much- awaited revenge of Roshni's murder from Sikander.. During that phase,Shanaya stood like a pillar and supported him strongly... She remained happy in his happiness,she cried with him in his sadness.. She always supported him above all... Arjun now only wishes that Shanaya becomes alright...

He watches that Shanaya was playing with the flowers in the ground,admiring them,playing with the Kashmiri kids,etc etc... Her child-like antics was the one he loved and adored the most,which he is currently missing a lot... He wants his Shanaya back in the old form,where she used to rule this heart and his Life...

Arjun thinks about the relation they share.. Though,they are husband and wife now,but,they are much more than that... They are the bestest of best friends. Arjun loved the way she used to take care of people around her,her deep thoughts regarding love,etc.. He misses them a lot.. He wants them back and he promises that he will never let them go away from them..

Suddenly,Arjun hears a loud shrill voice which brings him out of his thoughts.. He sees that Shanaya slipped and fell down.. He froze again... He ran towards the cliff like a maniac and saw that Shanaya on that hard rock slab in deep unconsciousness,where blood oozed out... He was really scared. He thought that Bappa is playing games with him like the last time,but,destiny had some other plans.

Soon,the local people called the police and with their help,Arjun rescued his Shanaya... Her head was bleeding profusely.. She was in deep unconsciousness... Arjun immediately informed Rathore and others and asked others to reach Kashmir,as soon as possible... Rathore was really scared after hearing about Shanaya falling off the cliff,again... He controlled himself and consoled Arjun and asked him to calm,while,he asked Shree to book the tickets of the next possible flight to Kashmir...

Shanaya was immediately taken inside the OT,where her surgery will take place.. Arjun was frozen and shocked due to the recent happenings... He looked at the door of the OT and thought when the doctor will come out and say the good news...

While the surgery was going on,Rathore and others joined Arjun,where Arjun hugged Rathore finally broke down into tears.. Shree,Chotu,Aayesha and Liza were in tears seeing their senior in this horrible.. They also prayed to Bappa to keep the best friend happy and healthy...

Finally,after what seemed ages,the doctor came out and asked for Arjun... Arjun went towards him and asked about Shanaya's health and condition.

''ACP Rawte,humne surgery toh kardi hai.. Thankfully,chot utni gehri nahi thhi,par,blood loss hua hai.. Humne blood charha diya hai... Dawa ke saath ab Mrs.Rawte ko aap sab ki duae aur Bappa ki aashirwaad hi bacha sakte hai... We are praying for her lost memory to come back.. Hum unhe ICU mein rakh rahe hai for observation.. Let see.. Dont lose hope... Woh thik hojayengi... Excuse me..'' The doc briefed about Shanaya's condition to them and went away..

After an hour,Shanaya was transferred to the ICU.. Arjun saw her half-lifeless form through the glass of the door. He then went to the hospital's mandir and prayed for Shanaya's recovery... Everybody else also prayed for Shanaya,as she was really very dear to them..

At midnight:

She was in deep slumber,when her lips moved and she was mumbling something,very faintly.. After sometime,she became really restless..

''Arrrjjjunnn...'' she screamed loudly and woke up,her forehead forming sweat beads and tears falling from her eyes continously...
Others,including Arjun who were sitting outside stood up seeing their Shanaya restless.. They were happy that she regained consciousness,but,what matters most now,that,whether she regained her memory.. Arjun went to call the Doctor who did her surgery.. Doctor and his team immediately came and checked on Shanaya,who calmed down as the Sister gave her a sleeping injection...

Doctor came out and said with a big smile, ''Congrats,ACP Rawte.. Aapki patni ko apna yaadasht wapas agaya hai aur woh acchi hai.. Khatra taall chuka hai.. But,she nees complete bed rest.. Take care..''

Arjun was really happy and others,too,as the Doc said that Shanaya regained her lost memory... They all thanked Bappa for this and prayed for Shanaya's wellbeing...

As days went by,Arjun took really good care of Shanaya.. Shanaya was also really very happy to know that she regained her lost memory back... She was being loved and pampered by everyone,especially Arjun,the love of her Life.. She prayed to Bappa to keep them together till eternities...
