Too strict with shakthi ?

I have seen many posts in forum forum on shakti saying she didnt give her best yet and dissapointed that she is playing safe.Though i know most of it is constructive criticismm and its always welcome but i think critics in the forum are too strict 😛 😳.I know many people including her fans want to see her perform pure classical form and they were dissapointed that she did indian contemporay+chau.I agree shakthi is a great dancer but one thing is true that she is not trained in Indian dance forms.She is not a super women to know each and every dance form.I saw her performing classical acts twice in DID but only kathak performace was decent.Its impossible to learn any Indian dance form just in 1 week and present it without any fusion.I m not a dancer but i do know it takes YEARS to master a traditional dance form.If shakti-tushar give a mediocore performance with shakti doing all wrong mudras and postures i dont think any of us would be happy.Ballroom dance is different from Indian classical and judges will be too strict while juding such perofrmances.So whats wrong if shakti-tushar and playing it safe? They r giving brilliant performances everyweek.Even i would love to see an classical act but its not that easy as we discuss here.

I loved the way the kept forward ur view..
Look we love her n we want to keep moving ,to Learn new things, she have potential n we know she can push herself to the level that no one will be able to point out on her..
I don't want her to play safe ,I want her to discover herself..
I want to see such a performance from her that even people from opposite fandoms come n praise her... I know she can do that...

Exactly i completely agree with you. Both the classical performances on DID were good. She did very good job in executing both. The only problem with roop suhana lagta hai performance was the choreography was too simple. Other than that she did very well in the kathak performance.

Other than that the 3 performance she did so far, i think were much above jhalak standards and don't think any other contestant in the current lot can pull it off with utter perfection like she did. I really likes the kamli and laal ishq performances. I do wish in the coming performances they have a lot of dancing and less lifts. They should also work on expressions. I want shakti to attempt hip hop/locking popping/ broadway jazz and some ball room dance form like quick step/bachata/jive
