Who gave Katrina Kaif a VERY PRICEY diamond necklace?

That Katrina Kaif is a good luck charm for plenty of the movies she has starred in, is common knowledge. What we didn't know is how ardently she is wooed by top producers and directors to star in their movies. We always thought it was the stars who did the chasing, especially when the man in question is rumoured to be Siddharth Roy Kapur. The UTV-Discney head honcho allegedly gifted Katrina Kaif a very expensive diamond necklace -- worth a whopping Rs85 lakhs -- so she would agree to star in Fitoor, a movie starring a newcomer. A source alleges, "Katrina loves diamonds and the producer was very keen to sign her for this film that stars a relative newcomer. While the money bit was being negotiated, the producer gifted Katrina a diamond-studded necklace which she refused initially but finally accepted out of politeness."

Not bad for Kat! A gorgeous and eligible boyfriend like Ranbir Kapoor and alleged pricey baubles gifted to her... some people live the charmed life, don't they?
