I don't know about all but I have totally gone flat for the narration style adopted for the show .I am a huge fan Hindi classic drama literature and The show has incorporated this element very well. The narrator may not be a eyeball grabing hanfsome hunk but his voice is melodious which binds you to listen

Yesterday the way Lucknow Road block was portrayed and he said Dis is India u don't need reasons to demonstrate here really shook me up .His dialogues dont seem to be scripted and his presence feels the gap between scene shifts unlike in some other serials whete scene shifts leave viewers speculating.

The turmoil of characters is what is left in other serials to the audiences to understand but here narrator is describing each n every emotion so the speculations are less n what is to be delievered is delievered fully.

During launch, Abhishek Rawat talked about how he had auditioned for this a year ago, and from then to the time he was finalized the project went through development phase, cast changes, etc etc. And all that time he was hoping like anything to land this because Neelesh Misra would be guaranteed to bring in a different concept and way of presenting the daily serial format.
You can really see the work, thought and creativity that's gone into this project and it's amazing. Neelesh Misra during launch that when the narrator was brought up in development, they were concerned on how it would affect the pace of the narrative. It's worked out marvelously and indeed is one of the USPs of the show. And it gels wonderfully with the show which is not overly dramatic or over the top.

Totally agree.
I am absolutely enjoying this Show, the narrative style is amazing and Mr Mishra is astounding as sutradhar.

In fact, I like all the characters, including Azam's Ammi jaan ... 😆 Such a sport!

That's the best part of the show, sometime when he tells us obvious things too.

This show is indeed a different show, Nikumbh I mean ABHISHEK is a natural actor, and Yamini / Vineeta is good too, best part of her is when she is doing riaz, it's so natural, she portrays sehmi sehmi and naive girl so well, I love this girl.

On the whole till now it's a great show.

First off, it's nice to see activity in this forum. And oh, YES. Neelesh Misra is an awesome storyteller. I am into literature all right but never in Hindi. But the man's where I make an exception, see. He's got this, or maybe used to have this radio show called 'Yaadoon ka Idiot Box'. He used to narrate stories there and the stories were beautiful, his expression even more so. So, the primary reason why I am watching Baawre is basically, Misra.
