I don't think they would go the route of making Zak negative again at the last moment. They already did that in the BCT track and I can't imagine that they would repeat it.
My initial thought was that he and Sandy would co manage things. I thought that would be cool if they work together for a bit taking down bad guys.
I hope they don't stretch out these tasks for too long though. Being demoted because of Suraj just seems so farfetched me. Suraj hadn't really taken it for a joyride, he was returning it to the police station because another officer had a family emergency.
