I agree with you winterdusk... After the mind-blowing TA send off suraj is sidelined a lot. The bye bye was actually send off for suraj's character I guess. Not commenting on other male characters as they never get proper scope from the beginning itself. After that so many offscreen issues came and I don't want comment on that anymore...

But the shows you compared, most of them are relatively new, except yrk which I think many times the ml is sidelined in some tracks. For new shows they will work on the lead characters more... Suraj role was dominating during sv2 and wtc track in 2012 ...in fact all memorable scenes in dabh had suraj in it...only for the last six months he was sidelined... No matter how much people deny it, it's the harsh truth. If not a serious actor like anas who seldom used BDs even in the lamest scenes will never hint of quiting... Just my pov... No offense to anyone...

They can't, that's the problem...Maybe they have no idea to keep him...

Btw, I follow BV closely and I like the ML also, and I know he, the collector I'm referring to, is sidelined a lot in some tracks, even in their forum fans do complain the same...cameos and side characters grab more limelight...I can see dabh following the trend very clearly...

Anyways just leave other shows, coz stalkers will come and attack us!

i garee with u ...just not becoz i m anas fan but the show is such a huge hit becoz of suraj sandhya bonding like diya bati...and the ppl liked this show n story just becoz an illitrate husband suraj dreamt n want his wife sandhya to be an IPS not just abt a girl named sandhya who wants to become an IPS...but now days writers have diverted 4m the topic n soul of story...but the soul of the story is sandhya with sooraj not just sandhya story...anyways wat can be expect 4m makersn writers after show 2 years...now the stry will be just drag only...but somehow it different 4m leaps rebirth remarrige nonsense story on tv after 2 years of show

the purpose of male characters is just for the sake of sindoor of female characters and for them to prove how dutiful/evil they are as bahus and for showing karva chauths and other vraths 🤪

but what will zakir do here 😆 looks like they brought him just to admire sandhya's kabiliyat and her parivar ka farz nibhana 😆

@WD Sooraj's role was meaty till the beginning of TA track. Show was loved not for Bhabo and Sandhya, it was loved for Sooraj and Sandhya. You can see hardcore fans like shouting at the top of the voice please show Sandhya as a wife, be realistic to her role as wife and stop glorifying the bahu part.
