1. My work out schedule is a combination of many things, such as cardio, weight training and yoga. I spend about 30 minutes at the gym every day. During this time, I do about 15 minutes of cardiovascular exercises and 20 minutes of weights. If I have a shoot on that day, I do some 15 minutes of push-ups and stretching. I also do a bit of yoga, in the sense that I like doing the breathing and stretching asanas which are so much a part of this form of workout. 2. I don't have any fried or oily stuff. Not just for health reason, but also because I do not enjoy having such food at all. But I do have a very bad sweet-tooth. As such, I just can't stop myself from gorging on chocolate and ice-creams. Otherwise, I eat almost everything that's healthy. I don't follow a diet as such. My day begins with a glass of lukewarm water with honey and lime. I am mostly a home food eater. I don't smoke, but do take alcoholic drinks once in a while. In fact, you could call me a social drinker. I am not the kind who would sit at home with a bottle of beer. |
