6 months later
It's drizzling.. Water droplets knocking window and producing a soothing sound... Kalpi comes wearing sleeveless off-white t-shirt with denim shorts.. She opens her window to let droplets fall on her pretty face... She takes out cd of old songs and start playing it.. as the song proceeds she looks at her new rented flat.. They have shifted here today only.. Payal has gone to market with Roy.. She remembers her last few months in Delhi.. She has worked hard for achieving this in her life.. Her tutor job is over with the session and her coaching is doing good.. 3 of her students has been selected in National level exam.. Their success has been fruitful to Kalpi and now she has more than 100 students in her coaching class... She has hired few teachers as well. The only classes she takes is of poor students who can't pay. She has started devoting most of her time to NGO and dance shows.. She remembers the two big shows she did in last 6 months due to which she got the fame in the city... But dancing sensation Kalpana Jadhav!! she is now close to Roshni and gives her credit for all her success!! It was her guidance only which helped her in achieving what she is today.. Her differences with Mr. Oberoi is being resolved.. but she is still not working with him though helped Roy various time.. She is successful now and want to share it with her family.. She decides to be in touch them now...She takes out her phone to call her father..

Kalpi : Baba.. Kalpi here!! This is my number baba!! Save it.. now u can talk to me whenever u want!!
Vitthal : Kalpi beta.. Now I will call u daily. How r u? U know u r calling me after 3 months..
Kalpi : Baba I was busy.. Today I have rented a new flat.. Me and Payal both are going to stay here. Ur Kalpi has achieved what she has dreamed of.. now I am not a chawl girl but a business girl and dancer. My coaching classes are doing well.. Someday I am sure everybody will recognize me..U will be proud of me..
Vitthal : U r my pride my princess.. M proud of u.. M happy to hear about ur success.. May u get whatever u want..
Kamla snatches the phone from Vitthal.. From last 8 months she has not talked with Kalpi.. She has got the opportunity today and she doesn't want to miss it..
Kalpi : Baba..
Kamla : Baba ni beta ayi.. urs ayi.. Won't u talk to me?? Still angry on me??
Kalpi : No ayi.. I am not angry on u.. I never was.. I called so many times but u were busy with ur daughter.. How is she ayi?? She must be enjoying her marital status..
Kamla : Marriage?? Pakhi is..
Kamla wants to tell her the truth about Pakhi's divorce but knows that it will make Kalpi weak.. Just now she has started her living her life.. kamla doesn't want to hurt her nymore so stops herself from saying anything further..
Kamla : Leave it.. U tell me how are u?? Don't u miss ur ayi??
Kalpi : I am fine ayi.. Thanks to Roshni aunty.. she doesn't let me miss u..
Kamla : Roshni aunty? Who is she?
Kalpi : She is my mom.. just like u r Pakhi's. I do not call her mom but aunty! But this doesn't change our relationship. She was with me when I needed someone most.. She is the sole reason of my happiness, my success..
Kamla doesn't responds.. She has never expected Kalpi to address someone else as her mom..
Kalpi : Ayi.. r u listening?? Or today also u don't have time to know about me??
Kamla (with tears in her eyes) : Yes Kalpi.. Temme beta..
Kalpi : Leave it ayi.. Is dada there??
Kamla : Yes.. Talk to him..
Pakya : hey Kalpi.. how r u ?? Heard u have become big now
Kalpi : M still ur little sister.. won't change for u..
Pakya gets emotional on hearing this.. He has never expressed his love for Kalpi but she is his life.. She can do anything for her and his family. He somehow controls his tears..
Pakya : Really? That's why u dint came to meet me?? Listen.. U r coming here after 7 days..
Kalpi : 7 days?? why??
Pakay : After 7 days we have to celebrate ur birthday and Rakhi.. Ur b'day is just after 2 days of Rakhi.. So u will be coming by then.. U will come na Kalpi??
kalpi : I will come for sure.. Promise!! But before that will u do me a favor??
Pakya : Favor?? Stupid girl.. u just order!!
Kalpi : I have send u an envelope..Will u send it to Raghav.. Please!! I will reach by tomorrow!!
Pakya : Raghav??
Kalpi : Yes Dada.. Raghav Singhania.. It's something really important for me.
Pakya : Ok, I will do it.
Kalpi hangs the phone.. Payal and Roy enters with food parcel in their hand..
Payal : Kalpi.. look what we have bought...
Kalpi : Sandwiches, cold coffee and french fries!!
Payal : Ohh u guessed it!!
Kalpi : I am living with u from last so many months.. Now give me my chocolate.. I know u have hidden it.
Payal : Uff.. this is not fair!! U noe everything about me... Now let's eat now.. M super hungry!!
All three of them sit on the floor to eat.. They do not have table yet.. kalpi is used to sit on floor but Roy is having great difficulty. Payal laughs on seeing it and makes his fun.. They finishes all this will their usual banters and non stop laughter.. Later Roy leaves for his home.

Next Day, Singhania Office
As soon as Pakya receives letter... He comes to give it to Raghav.. He doesn't wish to meet him so drops the letter in letter box and leaves!! Ramu takes out all the letters and give it to Raghav.. Raghav is talking with someone on the call..
Raghav : What is this.. it's been two months and u r not able to find a girl.. That is what I am paying u for?? I want results.. find her as soon as possible else u r fired!! I will hire some other detective!!
He slams his phone loudly on the table.. Ramu gets scared on seeing his anger.. He keeps the letters on the table and goes away.. Raghav starts going through the envelopes when he sees one non-official envelope and looks at it's sender.. He get shocked on reading Kalpan Jadhav.. He turns the envelope several times to find the address but it had not address on it.. only her name!! He open it impatiently.. and finds a cheque of 2 lac rupees with a letter.
Raghav reads :
Sir,
I really apologize for leaving ur company without serving notice period. As per our conversation, I am sending u account payee cheque of my bond amount. Sorry for delay.
Kalpana Jadhav
Raghav start checking the letter again.. looking as if searching something in the envelope..
Raghav(to himself) : Only a formal Letter.. Nothing else.. Not even ur address on it!! Why r u doing this Kalpi?? Don't u love me anymore? I know I made a big mistake.. But now I had rectified it.. I am divorced now.. Free to marry u.. plz forgive me!! Come back to me.. I can't live without u.. From last 2 months I am searching u.. For god's sake Kalpi.. Come back!! do not punish me like this.. fight with me.. slap me but tell me where are u.. Ur absence is killing me!!

Kalpi(to herself) : By now u must have received my cheque.. I do not know whether u have accepted ur relationship with Pakhi or not but I know that u have not forgotten me.. u must be searching me everywhere.. That's why I told Dada to change the envelope so that u can't get my address. I can't forget u Raghav.. I still feel for u but I can't forget the pain u have given to me and my family.. U will always remain in my memory.. U were my past and always will be past only.. Our paths won't cross again!! u do not have any place in my present and future!! Ur chapter is over for me!!
