Yes, that's telekinetic. Transferring the kinetic energy in oneself into the object without applying physical force. You gotta start with an lighter object then with practise it helps to lift some heavy stuff. One of the tricks used in Circus and magic shows and I'm not surprised Akki knows it. He's quite a trick master himself.
