They did mention that Razia and Tanveer would be staying in the show. Thats why I think she is going to enter with Seher.

And it would make sense if Seher knows everything that happened, she would come back to Bhopal with the intention of getting justice and revenge for her family.

yes they said that alka ji staying. But i have a doubt. We dont get any news or article about her staying back. Even we heard that vikrant returning back. But he never return. And The way cvs make her side character in season 1 i dont think she is willing to continue.

I would like seher yo be like zoya as well.

They are too focused on Tanveer :S
