Success:Story on Kalpi[Rachana] last part on Pg 140 [30th july] - Page 25

Roshni has asked Kalpi to rest for some time as she isn't well yet. But Kalpi is excited for her new batch.. She starts planning for classes and all. Roy reaches home and goes to meet he mother..

Roy : Mom.. M back.

Roshni : Where is ur dad?

Roy : He went to office directly. He has some important meeting there. He told me to inform u that he won't be here for dinner. Anyways I have to prepare an important presentation for clients.. So m going in my room and hope no one will disturb me.

Roshni : Sure.. no one will. But I have a surprise for u.. U want to know about it now or after ur meeting??

Roy : Surprise?? What?? U know I can't wait..

Roshni : It's in guest room go and see it.

Roy hugs her mother and goes to guest room . He sees Kalpi sitting on the bed with pen in her hand and papers scattered all around.. Roy gets pleasantly surprised on this..

Roy : Kalpi? U here??

Kalpi : Yes Roy.. m here!! M I not allowed at ur place??

Roy : No, nothing like that.. I was just not expecting u.

Kalpi : Actually I work for ur mom's NGO.. and she helped me a lot.

Kalpi narrates him all that happened yesterday. . How that guys harassed her, how she met payal and about her health. Roys gets angry on listening this.

Roy : How are u now??

Kalpi : Perfectly fine.

Roy : so many times I have told u to not go alone.. It was all my fault.. I should have told driver to drop u.. N that guys.. do u know them?? We will lodge complain against them. I won't spare them for troubling u..

Kalpi : Cool down. I have managed them and u can't be always with me. I have to learn to fight alone with this world. I have come Delhi to become independent... So let it be.

Roy(in his mind) : I know I can't be with u but I want to live every second of my life with u.. I want to depend on u.. I want u to take care of u always.. I can't see anyone troubling u!! I won't spare them.

Kalpi : Roy!! What happened??

Roy : Nothing.. I have some office work. See u in some time..

Kalpi : Is it so important?? Actually I want to share something with u.

Roy : Nothing is more important than our friendship.. Tell me..

Kalpi : Actually u go.. it will take time.

Roy : U do one thing.. Take all ur stuff and come with me to my room.. I will work there and u can tell me whatever u want to tell.

Kalpi : Fine!! Give me a minute.

Kalpi goes with Roy to his room. She looks at his room closely.. One wall was full of pictures.. In mid there was a big framed pic of the trios(Kalpi, Roy, Payal), surrounded by comparatively smaller and different style frames with pictures of Roy with Payal and with few different people.. His study table was neat and clean.. It has a ordinary pen stand with few pens and a photo of his parents. Another corner has guitar and few musical items.. A small bed with lots of cushions and pillows.. and wall full of bike's poster. A big tv with PS3 and two bean bags.. Kalpi gets amused on seeing this.. He has seen only Raghva's and Prem's room which was lavishing and had king size bed.. decorated by interior decorators while Roy 's room was looking like neatly arranged by himself.

Roy : What happened?? What r u thinking??

Kalpi : about Shahrukh Khan!!

Roy : Shahrukh??

Kalpi : Yep.. His ad.. "Har ghar kuch kehta hai" (Every house tells something)

Roy(completes) : K isme kaun rehta hai!! (That who lives in it)

Kalpi : Exactly!! Nice room!! Explains everything about ur taste

Roy : I love my room too much!! Mom wanted to renovate it but I denied.. It has lots of memory of my childhood.. Anyways let's work now.. Let me open my laptop now and u tell whatever u wanted to share..

Kalpi : I want to start free coaching classes for poor people.. Roshni aunty suggested me to include new batch...

Kalpi tells all the details about the new batch and adding students to current batch.. Weekend classes.. Requirements for more furniture and all. She also tells him about the charity show about which Roshni recommended her name. Roy listens all this carefully and helps her in final plan. After finishing this Roy starts working on his project and Kalpi checks his music collection.. She looks at Roy to ask something about his collection when she notices him tense.. She asks him the reason when he tells her how this presentation is bothering him as his client is very arrogant and it is hard to please him. She offers help and Roy readily accepts it.. Kalpi looks at the presentation he prepared.. She points out few loopholes in it which impresses Roy and tells her to prepare it from starting.. They work whole day.. Roy tells her every minute detail of the deal on basis of which she prepared the presentation. Roy thanks her for the help. Roshni too sees them working and gets happy on seeing them together. She calls them for dinner, Kalpi wants to go back to her hostel. But Roshni stops her by informing that Payal has postponed her plan and will come tomorrow now.

Next day

Oberoi family is having breakfast together... Where Mr. Oberoi tells them about the presentation they have sent to their client.. They liked it and accepted their proposal.

Mr. Oberoi : M proud of u my son.. Our client Mr. Singhania liked the presentation very much... They are so impressed that wants to sign the deal right now with the amount we have quoted. I was always worried about my business but now I am happy that u can manage it very well.

Roy : Thank u dad but credit goes to my friend Kalpana.. She prepared this presentation. She is amazing dad. She has so many talents.

Mr. Oberoi : Hmm.. Call her for lunch than. I would like to meet her.

Roy : Sure dad, let me call her.

Roy goes to call Kalpi leaving Mr. and Mrs. Oberoi alone.

Roshni : U know Vijeet.. Kalpi is really a good girl. I liked her. I think Roy and Kalpi will make a good pair.

Vijeet : If u r praising her than I am sure that she will be the best for our Roy. Btw what is her father's business?

Roshni : She is from a lower middle class family. Her father works in some construction site and her mother used to work as maid.

Vijeet : R u out of ur mind?? U want to make relation with a maid??

Roshni : Kalpi is a nice girl and she has bright future.. Trust me.. Someday she will be prove herself.

Vijeet : Than we will talk at that day. I won't mind her becoming my d-i-l that day but till than no discussion on it.

Lunch @Oberoi

Oberoi family had lunch with Kalpi.. Roy introduces her to his father.. after lunch he tells Kalpi to come and met him in study as he wants to discuss something with her. Kalpi agrees. Roy accompanies her to the study when Mr. Oberoi tells him to leave them alone as he wants to have some talk with Kalpi. Roy complies.

Mr. Oberoi : So Miss Kalpana.. I liked the presentation u prepared yesterday. Our clients are very much impressed and they want to meet the person who prepared it. So will u work for me?

Kalpi : Uncle..

Mr. Oberoi : Sir would be much better..

Kalpi : sir.. I would be happy to work with u but my schedule is really very tight. As I am already working with Roy.

Mr. Oberoi : Yes, I know Roshni told me about ur job as teacher. U can leave that.. I will give u double salary with all incentives and facilities..

Kalpi : Sorry sir but it's really not possible.. I have committed them for this session so I can't leave the job before december!!

Mr. Oberoi : Attitude??

Kalpi : No sir.. Just loyalty towards my job.

Mr. Oberoi sign a cheque of 1 lac rupees and keeps it in front of her..

Mr. Oberoi : I hope this will change ur mind..

Kalpi : thank u Sir.. U r roy's father so I dnt want to insult u.. So better I leave. I don't need ur money.

Kalpi turns to leave from there when she sees Roshni standing at the door.. A tear escaped from her eyes.. She looks at roshni and leaves from there.

Roshni : Why u did this Vijeet?? I know u very well and u doesn't have this shallow thinking.

Vijeet : I like this girl..

Roshni : Than why did u hurt he??

Vijeet : To test her. U want her to marry Roy so I have to test her loyalty. Now I know that she is not with Roy for his money. Roshni I want u to guide her, to help her. She is a diamond.. just polish her and she will shine. She should achieve her dream.. Do whatever u can do. She is the only one who can rule Oberoi industries..

Roshni smiles on listening this. Her hubby is a clever businessman, he can see what others can't. If he is relying on Kalpi than no one can prove him wrong. This is his quality which Roshni loved the most.

Singhania Office, Mumbai

Sammy and Raghav are sitting in Raghav's cabin. They are discussing about the deal with Oberois. Sammy looks at it and remembers Kalpi hugging Roy. He wants Raghav to stay away from this deal.

Sammy : Why u signed this deal without meeting them??

Rags : I don't know why but this presentation reminds me of Kalpi. Look at the style and templates.. Just like Kalpi used to make it. I even asked Mr. Oberoi about it but he said that his son made it.

Sammy(in his mind) : Roy made it?? M sure Kalpi must have helped him in this. How to tell Rags that whatever he is thinking is not wrong.. How to tell him that Kalpi has moved on and Rohit Oberoi is her boy friend now. I can't tell this to him.

Sammy : It's just a coincidence Raghav!! U don't bother about this. U concentrate on Mr. Mehta's project.. I will deal with Oberois.

Rags : Hmm.. It's an imp project and I can't concentrate anywhere now a days. I wish I can find Kalpi soon. I tried asking Kamla maa too but she is still mad on me.

Sammy : Have faith. U will find her some day but try to move on.

Rags : No sammy, I can't move on. Kalpi is my first and last love.. I am living for her only.

Sammy(irritatingly) : Ok.. Let's concentrate on work now.

Precap : Raghav get an envelope.. She checks the sender and shocks to read Kalpana Jadhav.
