Welcomes the Aasmanians of this forum to its EIGHTH thread of discussion, and we hope you enjoy your time here.

Pain is inevitable; suffering is optional!

Life is to be lived, not controlled and humanity is won by continuing to play in the face of defeat, precisely what Kalpana has been doing since the day she was born, always playing in the face of defeat, and yet to win, but alas the former part of that quote is something she is yet to experienced, because her life has been controlled by every Tom, Dick and Harry who has come into her life and they claim they are doing it for her benefit but instead if has been to always benefit themselves. Take Raghav for example, he wants Kalpana not because Kalpana will be happy, but because he will be happy and likewise with Kalpana's mother, she wants Kalpana to do things her way so that she can continue to live in LalaLand with her daughter Pakhi, not because she truly wants to see her own flesh and blood succeed. And despite all of this, she continues to fight and play in the face of defeat.

I'm killing time while I wait for life to shower me with meaning and happiness

The above quote is exactly how Kalpana envisaged her one year wait to be like;she was ready to bury her old feelings of being ditched at the altar, and just live life for one year in his thoughts whilst ensuring she brings happiness to her family, that way after one year, when she does go to the man she loves, she will have her family moments in her heart to endeavor forever. Raghav was the person to bring meaning into her life, he showed her that it was ok to love yourself and feel beautiful and he made her feel like his Rani, she was the Rani of his heart and still is, without her his life is incomplete. And being made to feel that special, repaired her damaged soul and she began to smile again, from the heart.

"O, with what freshness, what solemnity and beauty, is each new day born; as if to say to insensate man, "Behold! thou hast one more chance! Strive for immortal glory"
A new day equals a new start; the pain of the past subdued for the morning sun to shine brightly upon its disciples. She believed in herself, believed in her ambition, letting the failures of the previous day disappear as each new day dawned. Yesterday was not today. The past did not predict the future if she could learn from her mistakes. Likewise on the other side, he realised the same thing. He knew he ought to give her the space she deserves and that if he did not, he ran the risk of losing her; a risk too big to bear. She began this morning with the aim of acquiring a well deserved employment; whilst he began the day with the promise that he will ensure he does everything in his power to make her happy in this one year they will be spending separated from one another. Love was never an easy path to embark on, and most of us do not choose to embark upon it, but when it does happen and we opt to embrace it, it comes with a lot of pain but equally with a lot of happiness. That is something #RagNa had to learn the hard way. She has not chosen to forget him, but opted to subdue her feelings for a year to ensure she fulfills her parents' dreams so by the end of the one year, so she could their house with a content heart having fulfilled their wishes and dreams. They will not be happy with her decision, she is not a fool not to have acknowledged that but her love for him was too strong of an emotion to forever bury. She wants to be his Kalpi till her last dying moments but before that she has a responsibility to fulfill and nothing will move her away from fulfilling that responsibility. This is what this new day was all about.
Raghav, on the other hand continues to claim he is majboor, albeit he is not doing anything to eliminate that majboori. He has become a walking zombie as far as his feelings are concerned; his surroundings no longer affects him, because his thoughts are only on one person and until and unless he gets her, his life has no meaning nor purpose. He did not believe in GOD but she came into his life and showed him all is not lost if one dares to hope and he began to hope and till this day, that little ray of hope has remained with him. He is adamant no-one will be able to snatch her away from him, not even herself; and I have to put my hand up to him and say, he is absolutely right. She has found a new her in him, and that is something she herself is not willing to forego of. Life will never be a smooth sail, we will always have obstacles thrown in our path, and how we handle those obstacles to ensure we come out victorious is what makes us into who we are. Kalpana and Raghav have experienced it all in their lives and most of what they have experienced is pain and that is why the audience connect so well with them. They are meant to be, and they will find a way, because surely even life itself cannot be that cruel? Those with a good heart will always find their way to happiness having tackled the negativity thrown their way. Raghav created this mess of their lives, he acknowledged how beautiful life could have been had he stuck with his heart and married his Kalpana, but he is not someone who will give up easily. He will find a way to amend their broken hearts and ensure his Kalpi is back to being happy again with him by her side till part do them part!

We do not grow absolutely, chronologically. We grow sometimes in one dimension, and not in another; unevenly. We grow partially. We are relative. We are mature in one realm, childish in another. The past, present, and future mingle and pull us backward, forward, or fix us in the present. We are made up of layers, cells, constellations.

You do not love someone because they are perfect, you love them in spite of the fact that they're not. Raghav Singhania was never a perfect man, he had many flaws hidden in close closets and only the demeanor he wanted the the world to see, the world saw; until Kalpana Jadhav walked into his life and forced him to open those closed closets, and he had no choice but to oblige. The moment she met him, she knew he was different, she knew he was a man with a golden heart and that despite his rudeness towards her, there was something more lurking behind those stern eyes. And soon enough Raghav Singhania understood that darkness can never drive out darkness and Kalpana was his light to drive out his darkness.
The change in behaviour of Raghav Singhania began; he started his quest of acquiring the love of his life, and at every juncture, we the audiences were giving various emotions of frustrations, passion, love, lust and happiness. The man who hated even one minuscule of mess in his house, had no problem laying in grass in a dark. WHY? Because the woman he loves with all his heart assured him that her dupatta was enough to prevent his clothes from getting dirty. And he obliged...I mean heck he even ate an ice cream, that he claimed was unhygienic in the park, only because she had tasted it first. He wanted to repay her the favor of having drank his own left-over juice and to show her that her every fibre was his and his only.

It's risky falling in love but once you have taken that risk and lost the battle with your heart, then you have no choice but to bear it all because alas life is no walk in the park and that is something #RagNa are on the path of learning right now.

I know its evil of me of recapture those moments, but kya kare? Friday brought back all those amazing memories of RagNa and it forced me to recapture some of their amazing moments together!! Those were the days that had us grasping for air after their hotness. How I wish we could have them back because quite honestly none of the crap that have occurred have deterred me from RagNa, and friday's episode is a big reason why I am still in love with them.

REMINDER to all stalkers and those who watch EMA on TV at 7

TM, let me tell you and others what I got told: the makers are purposely giving us those RagNa scenes, so when they acquire an increase in rating, they will turn to the channel and say look RaKhi are working and you just needed to give us time, and we proved we know best etc etc etc!! This is their plan ie that of the makers of EMA currently!

Next week, there are a lot of RaKhi scenes coming up according to a side actor, so you're absolutely right, they are building the platform for RaKhi only; AND once that increase occurs, SR will be shown to ensure no-one will separate RaKhi!
