If Barkat's in jail how does she visit...?

So guys there are a lot of spoilers going around about Usman going into a coma after his accident and Barkat showing up and poisoning Suraiyya's mind about Zubair being responsible, however if Barkat's in jail...how did she get to the hospital?😕 And last nights episode where Suraiyya slapped her, why would she believe her AGAIN? Im really confused guys, so feel free to pitch in your thoughts!😊
