Is Toshi now Anti- Param?

In today's episode Toshi's expressions seem like she hates Param but from what I remember she kept blaming Ishita for the whole situation. When did the change of heart occur? Did I miss something?

If she is anti-Param, doesnt she know that Simi is still in contact with him and should try to stop her.
