X-Men 3 was crap, but Rattner is actually not so bad in terms of directing action comedies - the Rush Hour franchise is pretty good. Plus he's a good producer - 21, Horrible Bosses, Prison Break are all his work.

Loved his Rush Hour 1-2, i am not a big fan of the X-Men franchise anyway, Horrible Bosses was good too.

In direction, Rush Hour is pretty decent. He also directed Tower Heist, which I absolutely loved.

But you're right, his production is impressive. Prison Break and Horrible Bosses.👏
