Lal Singh is Jagya's best friend, he took care of hospital when Jagya was not in Jetsar, he supported Ganga and Jagya always, even after they were turned out by Singhs. So it is fair he gets to be seen with either of them.

Rather I find it positive how they are handling hospital without letting Jagya worry about it.

It is great to see Jagya and Ganga have a circle beyond family. I wish Shiv was also shown having atleast some circle beyond his family.

I think once in a while they can show need for special surgery where only doc of his qualification can help. He can be called to don white coat in emergency then. (I hope the case involves anyone else except Singhs).
