Nikki got a pager asking to report nurse station as soon as possible... So leaving Anjali and Riddhima in cafe, Nikki went to see what was the emergency...
As Nikki approaches the nurse station, she saw Abhi standing talking to someone, he turn around the moment I reach to him and seeing me, he was shocked as if I caught him doing some crime...
'Sister Lovely, aapne msg kiya...' Nikki asked not bothering to ask Abhi why he got startled seeing her there...
'Ji Dr.Nikkita...
Woh ek patient aapke liyeh pooch raha tha...' Sister Lovely said...
'Kaha hai...' Nikki asked...
As Sister Lovely pointed a small boy who was sitting not far away from the nurse station in waiting area, thanking her Nikki went to attend the little boy...
Abhi was standing like a statue not blinking his eyes... But he left a relief breath when Nikki didn't ask any question but soon again he was lost in Nikki who was checking the little boy and tickling him as he said something to her...
Smile form on Abhi's face thinking how beautiful she was looking...
He forgot, he was still holding the call unless the caller shouted... As result, Abhi put the handle of the phone little away from his ear...
'Yes, I will call u back... Abhi main hospital mein hoon...
Aajke baad yaha call mat karna, I will call u every day...' Abhi said and cut the call...
BACK IN ARMAAN CABIN
Armaan and Rahul were standing holding their ears, as Muskaan was very pissed because of their behavior... Rahul didn't understand why he had to standing holding ears but as Muskaan said he should also apologise from Piya, he did the same not wanting to start a world war 3 in duties hour...
'Let is be Muski, Kissi koh nehi khana hai toh hum force nehi kar sakte...
Waise bhi galati meri hai...' Piya said...
'Aur nehi toh kiya... Ammy is right, Piya should at least left a note... Ouch!!!" Rahul said and he received a smack on his back head from Armaan...
Muskaan and Piya smile but control their smile as Muskaan was pissed and Piya was upset...
Armaan move towards Piya and sit on his knee...

Meanwhile Rahul and Muskaan were standing admiring the bond of BrotherSister with tears in their eyes...
Armaan stomach again make noises announcing it needs food...
'Mujhe bohot bhuk lagi hai... Lets have something...' Armaan said...
'Haan haan chalo, tere chakkar mein, hum main se koi acche se breakfast nehi kar paya...' Rahul said...
This time it was Muskaan who smach Rahul back head...
'Ouch!!! Sab mujhe maarte kyun hai yaar... Pehle Ammy, ab tu meien bata raha hoon meri yaad dash chali jaye gi...' Rahul said like a small kid...

Armaan also joins the hug and Rahul hugs both... Muskaan was admiring the brother sister but she felt she was left out... Knowing they were way tooo much happy to realized that they didn't invite her for the hug...
'Maine Piya koh samjhayi lekin creadit is Kankhagore koh... Not fair...' Muskaan said folding her hands on chest...
'Awww... Muski darling koh bura laga...' Piya ask opening her arm to her inviting for the hug...
'U r always a part of our family Muski, no matter what u always will be forever...' Armaan said moving to Muskaan side hugging her as they circle sharing a group hug...
IN LOCKER ROOM
It was nearly lunchtime... Riddhima was missing her mother a lot so thought to call her as the previous day she couldn't call her as she was too tired and also Nikki didn't left her for a minute without teasing...
So Riddhima thought to call her mother, even though she was upset with her father she knows she can't let her mother suffer because of her...
Riddhima was sitting on the bench in locker room, mobile in her hand...
She check the time and she was thinking her father must be home by now for lunch...
But Riddhima was missing her mother a lot, she thought to call without making her mother wait...
So without waiting for another minute, Riddhima dial Gupta house landline which rings for three to four times before her mother answer as if she was running...
'Hello...'
'Mom...' Riddhima call her mother as tear fall from her eyes...
Silent took place as Riddhima's mother nor Riddhima said a word for another two second...
Riddhima thought the call got disconnected so she check her mobile but it was showing that it was connected...
'Aap mujhse baat nehi karengi mom...' Riddhima asked, as she didn't hear any reply from the other end...
'Riddhi... Kaisi hai tu...' Her mother asked with a shaking voice...
'Main tik hoon Mom... Aapki bohot yaad aati hai...' Riddhima said...
'Mujhe bhi baccha... Anjali aur Nikki kaisi hai... Aur Abhi...' Padma asked..
'Sab tik hai Mom... aur aap kaise ho...' Riddhima ask as she wipes tears which was on her cheeks...
'Main bhi tik hoon... Lekin apne bacchon koh bohot yaad karti hoon...
Tum log ke bina, yeh ghar ghar nehi lagta ab...'Padma says...
'Even I miss home Mom... Aapko pata haina mujhe gharse dur rehna accha nehi lagta zyada din...
Lekin ab kiya kar sakte hai...' Riddhima said...
Again silent took over between them, as they know what Riddhima meant by it...
Riddhima hear her dad calling so she thought to end the call...
'Mom, mujhe jaana hai... I will call u some other time...
Take care... Love u...' Riddhima said and cut the call before Padma could say anything...
Riddhima could feel the pain in Padma voice being away from both daughters who was the life in the house...
Riddhima hide her face in her palm as she let the fresh tears fall on her palm...
She was silently crying, sobbing...
As it was lunch time, Anjali was passing to go to cafe, but when she spot Riddhima sitting alone Anjali thought to check on her... Anjali enter locker room calling, 'Hey Ridzy...' as she didn't know Riddhima was crying...
Hearing Anjali voice, Riddhima quickly wipes her face but Anjali saw her red eyes and her trying to act as nothing has happen... Anjali remember Riddhima saying she was missing mom but she thought Riddhima said that only coz Nikki was teasing her...
Seeing Riddhima crying, Anjali felt bad because she knows how it feel to leave the place were they live from their childhood...
'Ridzy...' Anjali sit next to her holding her hands to which Riddhima look towards her smiling through her tears...
'I m fine di... Its just, I miss mom a lot...' Riddhima said sniffing trying not to cry anymore...
Anjali smile seeing the typical sister of her, who wasn't ready to agree that how bad she was feeling from inside...
Anjali saw little tears falling from her eyes so without letting her wipes, she wipes those for her...
'U know what Ridzy...
How much bad u feel from inside, I know u wouldn't agree to it...
U want to be strong in front of everyone but still there is this Ridzy, who is simple and down to earth...
U can always stand for urself and ur love once but never can hurt a person without a reason...' Anjali said...
Riddhima look towards Anjali as she has hidden the real reason why she was there...
Half truth Anjali knows as she came because she was upset with their Father... So she thought to run away but the real reason was hidden because Riddhima don't want Anjali to know and hate their father when she comes to know how he behave with Riddhima...
Riddhima was feeling guilty for hidding this truth but she can't make her sister hate their father...

Riddhima who was thinking about their father, realized what she just said to Anjali when she heard Anjali confused 'Haan'... Riddhima look towards Anjali and saw Anjali waiting for her to give some explanation...

Riddhima didn't realized before that Anjali was crying too... She look towards Anjali, she was right...
Tears were in Anjali eyes but she was crying like she had been a while ago...
Seeing she make her sister emotional, Riddhima hugs her which Anjali return...
'Kiya baat hai, Aaj bohot pyar aa rahi hai behenon koh...'
Anjali and Riddhima separated hearing Atul voice and they look towards him coming with some files...
Seeing their pale face, Atul move towards them...
'Is everything okey...
Tum dono ro rahi ti kiyaa... Anjali, tum ro rahi ti...' Atul asked getting all panic seeing Anjali crying...
'Pata hai Ridzy... Yeh Atul koh na, hamesha mujhse sawal karne ka reason chahiyeh...
Jab dekho kuch na kuch baaton koh lekar sawal karte rehti hai...' Anjali said...

Hearing Riddhima, Atul blush and move away from there to hide his blush... Anjali gave Riddhima, 'Thats not so funny...' Look...
Riddhima giggle seeing Anjali glare and Atul blushing like a girl... It was the first time Riddhima saw a guy blushing... Anjali stood saying if they don't hurry up, lunch time would be over soon...
So not saying anything about the matter, they went to cafe to join others in lunch...
OUTSIDE CHILDREN WARD
Gunjan has duty in Children ward again today... She had a good time with the kids and she was enjoying her work as well... Soon it was lunch time and Gunjan came out all tired and hungry feeling happy that she would get an hour break to feed herself and get some rest to her muscles...

Samrat whose back was towards Gunjan was rooted on the spot hearing Gunjan telling the most embarrass situation of his life to a unknown girl who was standing with him...

Gang were all ready sitting enjoying their lunch talking about their work...
Armaan and Rahul were pampering Piya as she keeps asking to stop it but they weren't listening to them...
Riddhima was acting normal while Anjali and Atul keep staring at each other, talking through their eyes...
Muskaan was having a talk with Abhi and Nikki as Abhay sit with his mobile tapping something on it...
True how much they were involved in their own land, they were having lunch too...
They didn't realized Gunjan and Samrat were missing from there unless they heard two people talking loudly as they enter the cafe...
'Gunjan, I m asking u something...
Why the hell did u say all that to her...' Samrat ask as Gunjan stood next to Abhay where there was one empty chair...
Gunjan didn't think to reply him but before she could sit, Samrat hold her arm stopping her... Gunjan look at him giving a glare to him asking to leave her hand...
Others stop whatever they were doing and was surprise to see Samrat angry on Gunjan who was acting as if nothing big happen... It was also new to Abhay and Piya that they hardly see both Samrat and Gunjan talk each other with anger...
'Gunjan...' Samrat was about to ask again but Gunjan cut him as she pull her hand out from his hold...
'What... What u wanna know Samrat...' Gunjan asked...
'Why u said that to that nurse...' Samrat asked...

'See, because of u now Piya will keep teasing me whole day...' Samrat said pointing index finger to Gunjan...

'Main kuch bhi karun, tumhe kiya...' Samrat said...
'Jo karna hai karo, lekin mere baare main kissi koh kuch bhi kehne ki jarurat nehi hai samjhe tum...' Gunjan said holding his finger and putting in down...
As they keep bickering, everyone were sitting there enjoying... Piya was still laughing while Muskaan and Rahul asked what was Gunjan talking about...
'I will tell u guys later...' Piya said in between her laugh...
Samrat hear this and look towards Gunjan...
'See ab tumhari wajahse Piya sabko bataengi yeh baat...' Samrat said...
'Toh, what the big deal...
Tumne khud ke liyeh problem create ki, toh ab bhugto...' Gunjan said...
'Maine, it was u who started...' Samrat said again showing his finger...
'Dekho Samrat, baar baar yeh ungli mat dikhao okey...
Aur tumhe itna fark pad raha haina ki Piya sabko bata sakte hai, toh usko bolo na... Meri saat fight karke kyun time waste kar rahe ho...' Gunjan said...
'Kyun, tumne toh kaha jo karna hai karo...
Main toh tumhe ungli bhi dikhaunga...' Samrat said...
'Baad main johoga, uski zimmedaar main nehi hungi...' Gunjan said...
'Accha, main bhi toh dekhun, tum kiya kar sakti ho...' Samrat said still standing pointing his finger towards her...
Next second, Samrat shouted with pain as Gunjan bite Samrat finger... Before anyone could understand what happen next, Gunjan and Samrat were pulling each other hair...
Abhay pull Gunjan away while Atul and Abhi got hold of Samrat...
Anjali and Muskaan were shocked while Riddhima was laughing seeing them fighting...
'Ridzy, yaha yeh dono fight kar rahi hai aur tum has rahe ho...' Anjali said...
'Di, did u realized... Rahul aur Muskaan koh takkar dene ke liyeh ab in dono aaya hai is gang main...
Maine pehle nehi socha yeh dono bhi Rahul and Muskaan ki tarah lad sakte hai...' Riddhima said in between her laughter...
'Agree with u Ridzy... Baapre...
Ab toh chaaron koh aise alag karna padega humhe...' Nikki said hi5ing with Riddhima...
Muskaan, Rahul, Samrat and Gunjan were embarrass hearing Riddhima and when everyone was laughing at them acting childish...
Piya and Anjali also joins Riddhima and Nikki in laughing while the guys let go of Samrat and Gunjan who took their seats feeling embarrass...
Everyone was back to finished their lunch while Armaan was lost in somewhere...
Armaan eyes were continuously watching Riddhima who was lost in laughing about the happening... She was laughing from her heart as Armaan realized her laughter were reaching her eyes showing the sparkles...
Armaan felt that for a second he show Samaira sitting in front of him in the place were Riddhima was sitting...
'What is happening with me...
Why I m seeing Samaira in Riddhima... Why I m comparing Riddhima with Samaira...
Its true I like Samaira smile a lot but why I feel when Riddhima smile that I m sensing Samaira in front of me...' Armaan was lost in his thought...
Riddhima felt someone strong gaze on her... Riddhima look around and saw Armaan staring her but seeing Riddhima look towards him, he break his contact and stood up excusing...
Riddhima felt wired as she saw him staring at her and then suddenly he left, as his expression was kinda blank as if he was thinking about someone else but his eyes were on her...
Others also stop laughing and look at Armaan as he excuse himself and leave all of the sudden... They were looking Armaan figure, which moves to exit the door of cafe leaving them...
