She is not overconfident. She is under confident in fact and deep inside she knows she is not competitive enough in front of others. She knows she is the next one out and rightly so. Her face shows it all.

I think she has a huuuuuge ego for her age. She looks like a simple sweet girl but the moment she becomes someone else. I think she is too arrogant .. Thats why I do not like her. My personal opinion

I feel Richa has the talent but is not utilizing to the fullest extent. She is probably not 'ready' for this platform right now. But another thing that goes against her is her immaturity. She still has a chance to prove herself. If she does her job right and well - she still has a chance of being in the finals.

I think she had never stepped out of her house before this and was always protected by her family which obviously accounts to her immaturity. However still in terms of talent she is far below than her fellow contestants.

The reasons for her immaturity can be various. I cannot scope her talent against the rest as I still feel she is yet to showcase her talent. The next episode will be a make or break opportunity for her - lets see how it goes...
