Hi muse! So nice to read your post once again! Please do post more often!

I agree with your post except I feel that any self-respecting woman would have honestly left this relationship if she didn't want to be an obligation or be pitied. She had the choice to tell the Family that she although she loves and is carrying Narens child - she wants to be divorced from him since his Ahana is back. I mean she made such a practial decision when she married him for money so why not leave the relationship with such practiality?

The lie and skipping town is only benefiting Ankita now. It reminds me of when Purvi lied, forced Arjun to remain with Ovi and then skipped town. It wasn't right then and isn't right now. Its ankitas choice what she wants to do - skip town or not - leave naren or not - but at least she owes to everyone to say the truth and let everyone make their own decisions.

Hi Soniiyaa:

Good to talk to you too. It has been a while.

I agree with you completely about honesty. In a world that operates on reason, a self-respecting person would be totally honest and make his/her choice openly. But we are in the PR land where emotional blackmail rules the day.
Just imagine what would have been the consequences of Anikta's telling the truth - everyone from D, K, and K clans - from 90 + to 9 years old - would have been on her case to remain in the marriage for the child's sake, making various kinds of "kasams" and repeating Bappa's name.

In such a land - to go away from the person who does not love you- a lie may be needed.
I want her to go away - to get some space and clear her head.

Yes muse - def PVR world is all about mahantha and scrafices. Even I wanted Ankita to have her space - she deserved it afer such a shock but i feel she should have taken that space using honesty. Yes everyone would have begged her to stay in the relationship but in that case - Naren would have slowly realizrd his love for Ankita too just like he is now with the lie. Either way - Naren will be with ankita. At least with honesty - Pari would have been spared.

It could have been avoided. Chalo - it is what it is. It is PVR after all.

I agree.
I do not want Pari to get hurt in the process.
Both girls have suffered enough. No more ronaa dhonaa please. Have mercy!

But now that things are as they are, not separating Naren-Pari and letting Anikta have strength to raise her child herself with a good support system (Attu and Shekhar may be) seems the best option.

ek achha jooth all the way!! ha, ha!
