It mentions AR Rehman's name in writers of this song though.maybe Will.I.Am got some kind of rights.Horrible song though.😆 Its my bday,I'll spend my money.

I don't know about Indian song being copied but I remember two instance of Indian song used in Hollywood films.

1.Chaiyya chaiyaa was used in Inside man

2.Bombay theme tune was used in Lord of War

There may be others too. On the other note TV show - Battle Star Galactica opening song was Gayatri Mantra and it was really amazing and quite fitting with the plot of the show.

Btw this song is tollywood not bollywood 😎 i know kaliyon ka chaman was copied by truth hurts and bappi sued the band. But after the truth hurts song got popular kaliyon ka chaman was remixed and a new video was released featuring meghna naidu.
Also black eyed peas lifted a music portion from the 70s don movie. Song was ae mera dil .
