Virat's ad toned down

Mumbai: A little birdie tells us that a recent ad in which Virat Kohli was to be depicted as a playboy was toned down after the rumoured lady in his life, Anushka Sharma, made her discomfort evident. A khabru from the agency that created the ad tells us that in its original avatar, the commercial was meant to be far more provocative, showing a few women approaching Virat and tearing off his shirt after being (presumably) overcome by desire. However, the ad that was eventually filmed had Virat keeping his shirt on!

"At first, Virat didn't have any issues with the concept of the ad, but on the day that we were to shoot, he asked that we tone it down. So the final version of the ad doesn't show his shirt being torn off as was planned," the ad agency employee said. Our source also claims that the general impression the team had was that Virat's ladylove Anushka was not okay with the content of the ad. Well, well...
