I will answer your question. Yes Roger is a flop as Franco. He and Carly have zero chemistry. I can't understand how Carly can be with someone who instigated her son's rape. That is just zero tolerance for any mother. And yet she goes around sleeping with him and tells her sons to accept Franco.

Roger had the best chemistry with Blair and they were acting sole mates. However that show ended and the guy needs to make a living, but he and Carly just don't work. The writers and the Carly character really want to work with Roger at any cost.

It's good he is not taping anymore shows and should leave, taking Kiki and Silas with him.
