Today, the CVs proved to me miracles exist ... 😆
See my take 5 to know why ... Movie title style:
(1) "Ek aur ek Gyaarah" : Finally Jodha put a lot of little things together and figured out a big truth ... The letter misunderstanding and the resulting dhakka was caused by Jalal's inability to read and someone reading it on his behalf. A few miracles:
Miracle #1: Moti helped in the discovery by reminding Jodha of the letters she wrote ... Moti can actually be helpful! 😆
Miracle #2: I think now Jodha will forget her project Maham Anga-Jalal milaap ... And if Maham Anga starts coming closer to Jalal ... Hopefully Jodha will come forward with this truth
Miracle #3: The CVs may be recovering from their short term memory loss ... They remembered something as far back as December ... The letter misunderstanding! 😆
(2) "Mein Khiladi Tu Anaari": Loved the face-off between Maham Anga and Shehnaaz ... Except for Ben, Maham Anga has been an amazing judge of people and her suspicions of Shehnaaz are bang on ... That she looks like she is acting paagal.
Dialogue of the day: If Jodha Begum said you were samajdhaar , the you are definitely paagal ... 😉
You can guess who I think is the khiladi and the anaari ... Maham Anga is much more experienced in this game ... She barely flinched when Hamida Bano asked her about Chaand Begum! But, she has experience - almost always people directly ask her about her crimes!
(3) "Jhoot Bole Kauwa Kaate" : I know everyone sees how Jodha is serving Ruqs, but if you look at it. Ruqs is getting the taste of her own medicine, literally
- Having to drink the horrible kaada
- Not being able to take hukkah, as per the angry Jalal in the precap (as always I love an Angry Jalal) ... Now that is a real punishment! 😆
And again, Ruqs is wearing Ben's hand-me-downs... It really reduces her credibility, especially when she claims she is MUZ. Trust Ruqs to take any topic (Chaand Begum) and take it to khaas begums ...
I wish Jodha had put "ek aur ek gyaarah" again and realized Salim Chisti had said she would be MUZ ... But there is still some time for some miracles to happen. 😉
(4) "Student No. 1": There was some nice parts of the Jodha-Jalal scene
- Loved the comfort level as Jalal was lying on Jodha's lap
- Loved Jalal's tedapan started in his childhood and his creative ways of getting rid of teachera (I wish I had known such tactics!) 😉
- Liked how Jodha praised Jalal for having great knowledge even without being able to read
- Also liked how Jodha stopped Jalal from listing out her hunars
- Liked how Jalal made fun of Jodha for saying that he should learn
When Jalal said he would learn if the teacher was someone like Jodha I could just hear Jodha sing the song "ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST UVWX YZ ... I love You" from Hum Saath Saath Hai. Thank God, Jodha realizes he was joking!
(5) "CID" : There was progress on the Chaand Begum front ... With Jalal knowing what she looked like and we know Maham Anga's captive has the same face.
Miracle #4: Jalal has re-inherited his detective skills ... It occurred to him to get Tabussam to paint Chaand Begum's painting ... He called in Atgah and Todarmal to describe the woman and sent everyone else out of the room (how unfortunate, that his Mom and Aunt told the truth to Maham Anga)!
This was a tie with Tabussam re-discovering her painting skills. Maybe it has to do with who describes the painting, e.g., Todarmal (Yes, I started his fan club today) 😆
Miracle #5: Only Ekta Kapoor and her team can find a long lost begum! That being said I am sure there was some document they found that said Chaand Begum has been found.
See, I do everything in 5s ... Including my miracles.
