The guy signs the papers of the land deal and Bhoomi walks in. Mansen and Yuv are surprised to see her. Bhoomi tells Mansen that she is joining the business from today. Mansen tells her that she should start her work from Arjun's cabin and he will take her there.
The guy tries to talk about the deal with her, but Mansen tells him he will explain to Bhoomi later, and insists that the take her to Arjun's cabin.
As Bhoomi enters Arjun's cabin, she remembers him working there. Mansen tells her that from today this cabin is hers. Arjun worked from this office and the business reached heights, now it is her responsibility. Bhoomi touches Arjun's chair and remembers him, and the song "Tera Mera Saath Hai Aisa" plays in the background.
Bhoomi tells Mansen that she has to fulfill Arjun's dreams and asks Mansen to show her the current project files.
Yuv is angry about Bhoomi joining the office. Mansen asks him to control his temper tantrums at this moment, and take the current project files to Bhoomi.
Bhoomi sits on Arjun's chair and talks to him, she tells him that she has a big responsibility and will try to fulfill it, she tells Arjun to show her the way. Yuv listens to Bhoomi talking with Arjun.
At the HH, Mansen, Gurvanti and Yuv are sitting for dinner, when Yuv gets angry and gets up from the table and tells them that he had thought after Arjun and Bhavri's death he would get all the property etc. Gurvanti tells him that everything is his. Mansen tells them that he know a way how to make Bhoomi stop coming to the office.
Bhoomi is going thru the project files at home, Shaku sees her and tells her to rest. Bhoomi tells Shaku that she has taken the responsibility of fulfilling Arjun's dreams but don't know if she will be able to do it or not. She does not know if Arjun is her strength or her weakness.
Mansen tells Gurvanti that Arjun is Bhoomi's strength as well as weakness and she has to start.
Gurvanti goes to see Bhoomi, and shows her a pen which Arjun used and Bhoomi had given it to him as a gift. Bhoomi becomes sad looking at the pen. Gurvanti tells her Arjun considered this his lucky pen, and signed successful deals with it and now she should use it, and whenever you use it you will feel Arjun is with you.
Mansen is in the office and talks to himself that he knows Bhoomi's weakness and will use it to his advantage. He has a gift wrapped diary in hand.
Bhoomi comes in and tells him that has studied the project files. Mansen keeps looking at the diary. Bhoomi asks him what he is thinking. He shows her the diary and tells her that Arjun wanted to gift this to her for writing her poems (kavita). Arjun could not give it to her, he should but he will not cause it might make her weak, and its not good for her. Bhoomi agrees, but keeps looking at the diary.
Mansen tells her there is a meeting and she should prepare herself like Arjun used to. She gets up to leave, and then asks Mansen to give her the diary and promises him that it will not make her weak. Mansen gives it to her, she hugs the diary and leaves.
Mansen thinks that everything happened as he had wanted, he thinks Bhoomi has become weak.
Once outside Bhoomi opens the gift wrap, looks at the diary, hugs it, cries and says I cant live without you Arjun.

Gurvanti congratulates Yuv, that they have succeeded and Bhoomi will not be coming to the office anymore.
Bade Dadaji calls Mansen and tells him that he need to take some decisions regarding properties. The share which belonged to Arjun will be transferred to his sons name. Mansen just looks at Bade Dadaji speechless, stunned.
