Can display card be updated ???

Can display card driver be updated via internet for vista OS. I mean to play high defination DVD you got to updated the DRiver. but how ????????😕

Go to graphics card manufacturer's (ATI or nVidia)website and download drivers from there.

if u need to play an HD DVD than only a driver update will not do the trick as the HD DVD drive format uses a different laser (450 nm blue-violet laser) whereas a DVD drives uses a 650 nm red laser for reading disks. also HD DVDs are region free. whereas plain DVDs are divided into 6 region codes.


Bottom line is you cannot use a HD-DVD disk in a DVD drive. unless you go for a hardware upgrade which is the only solution to make what u want possible.
