U know guys.. How they used the song.. "Tu Hai Vahi Dil Ne Jise" from the movie "Yeh Vaada Raha"??? Well, the original movie synopsis is as follow:
"Vikram (Rishi Kapoor) and Sunita (Poonam Dhillon I believe) love each other but Vikram's mother disapproves Sunita as her future daughter in law because of Sunita's poor background. Vikram and Sunita decide to marry without the will of Vikram's mother BUT on their way to temple, they come across with a serious accident. Vikram gets minor injuries but Sunita's face is completely lost due to piercing of wind screen's shattered pieces in her face. The doctor sends Sunita to Bombay and refers her to Dr. Mehra (cosmetic surgeon). Her face changes (actress changes to Tina Munim).. Now will Vikram and Sunita be again united?"
Does that not sound similar to our Kasturi storyline?? The way everything is moving so fast... Damn.. What y'all think? Ok, like Neetu mentioned.. Perhaps not a face change here but amnesia case.. After all, its a possibility right? Nething can happen in Ekta's land~

"Vikram Rai Bahadur is the only son of Mrs. Sharda, and sole heir to a vast business and estate. While vacationing with his artiste friend, Gogi, he meets a beautiful girl named Sunita and falls head over heels in love with her. He proposes marriage to her, and she accepts. They are going to get married at a temple but fate has other plans for them.. On their way to the temple, their vehicle meets with an accident. While Gogi sustains minor injuries, Vikram is badly hurt and hospitalized, and Sunita is severely disfigured. Dr. Sahni and Dr. Mehra befriend Sunita and restore her disfigurement by plastic surgery. She quickly recovers, and cannot wait to give the good news to Vikram. Then she finds out that Vikram has given up on her, and is engaged to another beautiful, but wealthy young woman named Rita. Vikram is unable to recognize Sunita nor is interested in knowing her. Sunita decides to change her name to Kusum Mehra, and begins life anew. Will Vikram and Kusum's paths cross in the future, and if so, will they be able to remember their vows?"
