Devyani....

I'm sorry for coming back but I had to let it out...

We are all blaming Singhania's, lot of people here are angry on Naitik, some on Akshara, some on Maheshwari's, few with Naman and Muskaan but nobody is raising questions on Devyani and her behaviour...She is the centre point for all the changes and situation which everyone are in right now.

I'm not going to blame her but there are lot of questions which needs to be answered by her.

She is the one who agreed to remarry Rajshekhar considering all the situations and conditions at that time. It's a bold and very liberal decision by her considering that she comes from a conservative society. She is a working lady who have met lots of people and have seen the world around her changing. Somewhat on the same wavelength as Akshara though she belongs to Bhabhimaa's era.

She was outspoken about her rights, she guarded and defended her decisions, she stood for what is right against bhabhimaa. In short, she is the lady who has the voice. But what happened to her suddenly??

Yes, agreed that Singhania's accepted her the way she is but why no one asked her about her divorce and children custody? Why a lady who use to work, mentally and financially stable was not given her young children's custody? Why she allowed her ex husband to dominate the proceedings ? Why she never fought for her children who she desperately misses? Not even Naman and Muskaan or Rajshekhar has asked her...

Let's keep aside the above questions...coming to current situation...

Devyani got to know about her children, she made all the attempts to grab their love and acceptance. Naitik got to know, he remained indifferent but he never questioned her or stopped her meeting or reconciling with her children. Rajshekhar got to know about it, he took her to meet them. Singhania's were warned severely but still they stood by her. They never questioned her rights to meet or having relationship with her children. Infact most of the time they supported it. They are objecting only for her children staying in Singhania sadan.

She already knew that her children won't be staying with her permanently, infact she got shock when she got to know that they came to stay in singhania sadan forever. Then why not she utilised that time with her children? Agreed, it was all of a sudden but if singhania's can be blamed for their reactions then why not her?
Why she hesitated to even converse with them?

She should have kept aside what others think. Does others opinion and decisions were more important than her children ?
Why she never kept her children as priority? Why she chose Singhania's over her children ?

There are lots of Why's? But no answer...Cv's failed to show us Devyani's side of story. In this four months and probably more long track, we were not shown answers to above questions...

We love to support underdog, especially when it is a woman. All sympathies and empathies goes to her. People blame the opposite party instantly. But has Devyani ever stood for her children ? Has she ever stood for her rights to motherhood ? If she has not then how can we expect from lesser mortals...

I agree with you to some extent. The devyani who fought with bhabi maa over petty issues like being accused of things she didn't do. The devyani who raised her voice and stood up for herself ... What suddenly happened to her? Why did she not stand up for her children? Why was she so hesitant to speak to them.. Why didn't she have a conversation with RB about this!? RB told her he wasn't in the right mind at that time but she couldve talked to him about this later.
I wish devyani had done something about all that was happening. And not just stood there watching all the drama.
Anyway, since this track has taken a backseat now for the week atleast.
Oh p.s. There's more drama to unfold because suresh is coming back :)))

She has maintained this bechari image for god knows what? When she can stand for herself, when she was right then why not for her kids? This baffled me more. If she had spoken to Rajshekhar about her decision or wish, I don't think there would have been complications now.

Rajshekhar told her not to speak with him for sometime but that was after Naitik-Naman altercation. What was she doing before that or after that? She is the mother and it is supposed to be her decision along with Rajshekhar. She can't take decisions for other family members but certainly she can take it for herself.

It is pretty clear if she has to choose between her children and Singhania's then she has already choosen Singhania's though unknowingly. If a mother can make a decision though unknowingly then why can't others?
