Is it Peter Pettigrew??? He stayed in the Burrow and no one knew he was animagus at that time.. He was used by Voldy to rebuild his body and Ron was not happy to have him at the start...

My next guess would be Barty Crouch Jr... His father was also not happy to have him around...

@Priya_nv no peter pettrigrew is not right answer, and may be essentially ron is not happy to have scabbers but he is not a burden for him neither barty crouch (second line does not fit on him)...

@Mehr @Laugh.out.laud no merope gaunt is not right answer..because he was died within one hour after the birth of tom riddle (Voldermort) so how evil man used her?

In Dealthy Hallows, Ron is always affected very negatively, whenever he has the locket horcrux in the possessions
