i think she will becuase on that carnival day she was a bit suspicious about bodhi getting the shot excatly right

Since shes Bodhis doctor, maybe when hes sleeping in the hospital room, he will talk in his sleep, and say that he killed Tani. Or maybe he wil say something which gives Dr.K a reason to keep an eye on him, and then eventually she will find out.

Yeah, I think she will if she's a good doctor. Cause he can't be treated unless he confesses that cause its affecting him. But I don't think she'll tell Ayush.

she has to . i mean come on ayush is her friend now she has to tell him . maybe she finds out and then dadi hears it too and then begs kavia not to tell ayush . and kavia will keep it a secret till some miracle happens and ayush finds out and kill bodhi😈
