Solutions for Hair-Problems!!!!

well, in stores these day, they have shampo to take care of all those problem :)

^^Yes...a healthy diet is practically the key to everything in life 👍🏼

But,you may also want to try this excercise that has been proven to help the hair:all u have 2 do is rub both sides of your hands together,with the nails, 4 about 10-15 minutes each day 😊

yes we have to rub the nails of both the hands by nails . I knew that but dont know it works or not .

Well i knw a brand called 'Expert' help out with ANYTHING to do with the hair.. from split ends to hair loss they have the answer i just went out and bought their products..

Also T-gel is good.. but thats mainly for people with dandruff... but if you have inherited Dandruff only reducin the amount of dandruff will be noticed with Tgel it wont take it away..

but for natural ways.. drink milk and but your hair every 6 months or wenever you see a spit end.. dont pull the spilt ends apart either.. makes it worse

you get them froom Boots

at the mo its 3 for 2 😆 you have to look carfully tho.. they are rare to found them recently.. they look like Boots own brand.. its bland nothin big about packaging or anything
