Vishal deserves a standing ovation today 👏 He was bang on with his expressions every single time when he had to show Baldev's hurt, anger, disappointment and some more anger..
After being irritated by Veera so much, Baldev finally loses his patience and vents out his frustration on her. Veera, who thinks her plan has finally worked, happily gloats on the fact that she no longer has to hear his annoying jaap of marriage. But Baldev is a sweetheart; poor guy felt bad for behaving so rudely with her and so he goes to apologise. Too bad he didn't know what awaited for him there.
As he overhears Veera and Amrit's conversation, he realizes how his happiness all this while was so unreal. All this while, Veera was only faking her feelings, and this pierces Baldev's heart🥺 He couldn't believe for once that his sherni would stab him so badly at his back No wonder, the guy blames himself for being so naive and stupid everytime because obviously, how can an intelligent girl like Veera fall for an irresponsible guy like him? It was heartbreaking to see Baldev calling Veera a fox in disguise😔, and that he is no longer interested in pursuing her.😒
Even more heartbreaking was the scene where a wasted Baldev curses Veera for making a fool of him by playing with his feelings How can THE Baldev Singh couldn't realize the difference between real and fake?!
But what I loved the most about the two scenes was Baldev response to the betrayal. His idea of revenge is to prove his mettle. He has now become even more determined. This sarpanch ki kursi is now an issue of his prestige, and he can never let go of it so easily 😎 Doesn't matter if he loses. But he will work hard to achieve what he wants to.
As the heartbreak is over, we are in for some more drama as Baldev manages to convince the fickle minded Pritampura waasis to sell off their farms for cinema hall, because clearly, play > work 😆, much to the dislike of RanVeeraJan. Baldev's intentions aren't bad. He just needs a proper guidance.
While Veera does feel guilty of hurting Baldev's sentiments, she clearly knows the difference between right and wrong when it comes to Pritampura. So our assumption that Veera wasn't in her element in those segments were wrong😆
So we all know what is going to happen. Ranvi will manage to sway the villagers minds and Baldev will be furious as he will realize that the sarpanch chair is slowly slipping away from his hands. Seeing their praaji in such a condition, BAggi would use their awesome brains and thrash up Ranvi🤣 Now whether Veera believes Baldev's innocence is something yet to be seen.

P.P.S.: I found the VeeBa confrontation scene a bit rushed. Nevertheless, still made an impact because of Vishal and Di 👏 and the appropriate use of flashback scenes
