I think she will. Based on the spoilers it looked like she rejected Shagun's friendship. I think she is loyal to her brother. When she comes to know about param she will be nice to ishita too.

I'm pretty sure this will happen, in the last ep we saw her a bit conflicted with he whole perv and ashok angle, but her hubby twisted it around. But she will definitely own the line realize the true colours of pervmeet and see it with her own two eyes, who knows how much damage she would have done by then but she will regret, feel guilty, upset, betrayed and so forth.
