Plot Summary:
Ruhi Singh is a small town girl with big city dreams. She sets off to Bombay to win the title of Miss India--a launching pad to fame and a surefire way to stand out in a country of 1.2 billion people. Just hours from the Miss India beauty boot camp is another training ground for girls--that of the Durga Vahini, a Hindu nationalist group exclusively for women. Here we meet Prachi Trivedi, a young, fearsome drill sergeant training Indian girls to fight against Western culture, Islam and Christianity by any means necessary including violence. Gliding back and forth between the action of the two camps, the dreams and conflicts of India and young Indian women are laid bare-- the two opposing worlds aren't as far away from each other as they seem

I've seen this on Netflix here in the US. It's a very disturbing, yet compelling documentary. Another really good one is "Children of the Pyre."

This looks interesting. And I am loving PVR Rare day after day for changing the way people in India are watching movies. I never imagined that one day, we would be watching documentaries in an Indian movie theatre. But glad, PVR's taking the step!😊

^^^After watching it, I wonder if there will be any controversy. Frankly, I'm surprised there hasn't been any protest about it! If people rioted over Ram-Leela, I can't see how this one would run without trouble!

I hope I'll be pleasantly surprised by a lack of knee-jerk reaction.

The trailer released today. You have to give janta time till the day before the release of the film/documentary to react.😆

But if we get the Modi Government tomorrow, I don't think there will be any problem with the release because of the hindutva subject involved. They will not have to censor the 'I hate Gandhi' part too.

Yusbee, The trailer only released yesterday? 😕

But I saw the same trailer sometime back, at least a month ago. It was making rounds on Tumblr.

Edit. Nevermind, the video says India Theatrical Trailer.
