The episode starts with Ahil's uncle, aunty having food that azhar brought for thm n looking at jewellery that were from Ashma's side. Zulfi is with Ahil enjoying video games. Rehaan comes n says that its unhuman to have victory over a dead man n Ahil shuts the game n supports rehaan.
Ahil's uncle, aunty are going areangements for dinner for ashma's parents but they ghought of not calling Ahil as he is always late. Meanwhile Zulfi plays a prank on Latif by tampering with her face pace and mixing chillies n black pepper.
Sanam is sad as she was no option left. She walking when she seeing in a ward a nurse is covering a lady's face. She fell on the floor bt unable to accept that her badi ammi is dead. She is abt to uncover the face when a nerse told her that her badi ammi is at some other bed. Sanam is relieved.
Sanam thanked nurse. She also thanked receptionist for conducting dilshad's operation with money but nurse told her that money has been paid and she pointed at tv that Ahil paid operation fees.(precap scene). Sanam thought that how come this devil paid the operation's fees, then thought that may be the next man to him that is rehaan might have paid.
Ahil gets the call from doc and he told him that operation is done and it will be difficult to save dishad if he would have not paid the money in time. Ahil just listens.
As sanam comes in dilshads's ward, she thinks that those who have everything dont have a heart and those who have a heart are left to bear the miseries of the world. she has pity for rehaan who is so selfless and yet has to be under the evil ahil. she thinks that rehaan came in time or else she would have lost dilshad maybe. A teardreop falls on her hand, and sanam turns around tear eyed, to go out, as she finds dilshad sleeping. Dilshad calls out to sanam.
Dilshad asked abt hospital bill and sanam told her to relax. She said that an angel helped her. Dilshad said that when she will be ok she will thank him. Sanam says that she is gking for that only.
Ahil's uncle aunty are talking about the gift that Ashma's parrnts will bring for everyone. They call Ahil who was with Rehaan driving. They inform him abt the eve dinner n abt the gift they need to buy for ashma parents. But ahil told then to keep him away from family matters n told them to buy anything they like.
Ashma's parents came n they ask abt ahil but they make some excuse. Azhar got the call n he got tensed after that and ask the person to remain outside only.
Rehaan says a girl Jasmine called and she wants to talk but Ahil thinks how that girl could be but couldnt remember so he ask rehan to disconnect the call. Rehaan says that he will understand when he will fall at first sight. Ahil says that he dont have heart but stone in his body. And lord dont connect person's heart to a stone. There sanam is shkwn praying at dargah.

Precap: Ahil tells nazia that there would never be a time when he would have a to select a ring for a special girl, but then starts looking at the ring. Ahil says that even if he had to select one ring, he would have selected this one, and picks up a certain one. But in latif's ovcerexcitement, she almost collides into ahil and the ring is thrown in the air, by mistake. While the ring falls on the floor, and starts rolling towards the main gate, ahil is surprised and others are tensed too. As fate would have it, the ring finally lands on Sanam's feet, who has just entered the compound, so that she could have thanked rehaan for his help. she picks up the ring, and looks at it surprisingly. Ahil is tensed searching around for it.
