He's actually better looking than the lead hero.

Haven't noted anything fishy about him. Just hope he doesn't turn out to be Tanveer's real son.

^ I cant agree more! He is supposed to be parallel lead.. so i don think he would be fishy.. even Ayaan was also one of the three lead on season 1... anyone could predict he might turn grey but it did not happen.. so hope Rehan too doesnt turn negative
