Maan was not aware of his surroundings. As if the world was fading away to him.After Geet had left,he stared into the lamplight mindlessly,switching it on & off. His mind was in haze...so was him heart.
He didn't want that innocent little girl to suffer. He didn't want to drag that pure girl into the same dirt as he was in. He wanted to make everything right for her...hoped that this will be a new start for her...
Where was he wrong?
He had pushed her away from himself so that he could protect her from himself...from hurting her more...

He reverie broke when the door flung open & Dev was there. He seemed really angry.
Damn it Maan!! He strode towards him & held him by his collar.

Maan looked at him blankly. He couldn't believe it!! In all his thoughts,he actually had dared to forget to ask for the reason for which Geet was hurting so much,for which she was so much in pain...
We can't find Geet anywhere! She should have come to home by now. What did you do to her? What did you say to her?

Maan kept quite . Though he didn't show it. His heart was thudding in his ribcage with fear...for her. His mind was busy trying to remember all the places she could have gone to,registering Dev's word only halfheartedly .

Maan didn't waste a single moment after dev had stormed out from his cabin.
He had run to search for Geet, with Dev's words ringing in his ears.
He wished if it was the only reason...he wished that the question about Geet's love's intensity,depth was the only thing he was concerned about...it would have been so easy..
Dev was right.He was a "haiwan"...the demon in Geet's life. He had ruined everything...so he was trying to build her a new life,without his ugly shadow on it...Without his ugly emotion of revenge polluting her pure emotions ...again.
He was sure he could again take revenge from her. Because his mind was still confused...because of her face...
What can else it be...the strong emotions he felt when he continually looked at her for hours without her noticing him???...It must be the feeling of wanting to take revenge...What else it can be,??His mind must still couldn't take that similarity,her similarity in face with Akriti. So he felt the same feeling for her which he had for AKriti...The intense tug he felt in his chest whenever he saw her laughing,it must be the feeling of hatred..What else can it be!!!..He concluded somewhere unsatisfied...

He closed his eyes as his car screeched infront of Khurana mansion...He was searching for her for hours..But couldn't find her.
He closed his eyes...suddenly ,it seemed so easy.
He opened the door & went into Khurana mansion,with a destination in his mind...
Slow steps went faster with every step & eventually he was running towards his destination...
His bedroom.
He stopped before the closed door & drew a deep breath in & opened the door...
There she was sleeping in his bed,curling in the middle in a small ball.
He left his breath in a deep relieved sigh & silently went towards her tiptoeing ...
He sat beside her & gently stroked her hair.
I can give anything you want Geet,But not me. Bhool jao mujhe jaise haiwan ko. It's Better for you. Please...please apne app ko aur taklif mat do mujhe pyaar kar ke. .. Main iss layek Nahi hoon.
He whispered as he wiped her tears...for the last time... He thought.
Because,from tomorrow, I will make sure that you go away from me Geet.
