I was about to update it on Sunday only, but my Internet Pack got over!
Hence, it got delayed.
So Sorry for that!

Another aspect of Anjali's character is shown here.
Also, its not possible for Anjali to forget Shyam just like that..
Hope you like Anjali's stand here!

Part (3) -> Khushi goes Missing!

NK almost skipped the last step,
"She's Not on terrace also.."
Panic was evident in his voice..

Arnav just sat back at the couch..
"No..."
A slow pain shoot near his left chest & spread all over..
He let out a shriek,
"No! KHUSHI! WHERE ARE YOU DAMMIT??!!!"

Anjali clapped loudly..
"Wow! See this horrible two-faced husband!
When she was present, he didn't even care for His wife's Health! SO BUSY HE WAS IN TAKING CARE OF HIS SO-CALLED "JUST" FRIEND!
And now, instead of searching for Khushi, he's busy shouting at her! Even if she is not there, all he does is to HURT HER!"

Anjali again clapped for him & Nani made a disgusted face..
While Sheetal was afraid lest Arnav will get what she's upto.
But, Arnav's mind was far away from this..
Worry for Khushi was not letting him think anything.

Anjali was about to step upstairs, when Arnav spoke,
"Thanks Di.."

Everyone was shocked at this.
Was Arnav thanking Anjali for INSULTING HIM??
But, Arnav immediately rushed out & drove away in search of HIS LOST WIFE!

Anjali walked up to her room & bolted the door from inside.
Though she hates Shyam now, & there's nothing left in her for Him;
She could not help but remember the moments of Karwa chauth & how he acted like a Perfect Husband!
Then, slowly she remembered the Teej.
Shyam had come so late.

She laughed without humour on herself.
"What a fool I have been throughout!
If anyone is responsible for my current situation, then itz Only ME!"
She began crying, when a voice came from outside,
"No bitiya! It is NOT you.
Its his bad luck that he lost such a gem of Wife!"

Anjali was shocked.
She limped to the door &
opened it only to reveal a teary Mami outside.

As everyone got busy in searching for Khushi, no one paid attention to Anjali.
Manorama noticed her moving upstairs, & she followed her.
But, she let Anjali let go of the burden of Shyam.

Now, standing before Anjali, whose brace was about to come off, Manorama's eyes teared more.
"Bitiya"
Manorama helped her walk to bed & then kneeled down to put on the brace properly..

Anjali felt little happier..
"Mami, I feel chote is becoming like Shyam."
If you say Manorama was shocked at the emotionless voice of Anjali,
then she froze as she realize the meaning of Anjali's statement..

She started speaking, "bitiya! Its about Chote, your papad ka tukda!
And don't worry, Khushi won't do something wrong..
She trusts our Arnav bitwa fully."

What Manorama wasn't aware was that this statement will act like fuel in the fire-like theory of Anjali..
She almost shouted,
"That's tge problem!
Hadn't I trusted shyam to that extent that I blindly believed whatever bullshit excuse he gave on last Teej!

Arnav is doing same!
In fact, he took one step ahead of him!
Breaking other woman's fast in front of HIS WIFE!
No mami! I won't let Arnav harm Khushi!"

Anjali became unconscious, chanting,
"I Will save Khushi!"

Manorama caressed Anjali's forehead..
She cried..
YES. Manorama cried.
Cried for the unhappiness that is swallowing ShantiVan.

About 3 hours passed since there's no News of Khushi.
Arnav was restless.
He drove in every street of Delhi.
Searched every temple of Delhi.
But no result.

He recalls how his Di stopped him from meeting her.

Flashback

Anjali & NK were sitting besides Khushi, who was resting on bed.
Her eyes had a forlorn look.
She looked pale.
She was hungry, owing to her fast; but didn't ate anything.

Anjali was caressing her head when she saw Arnav coming towards them.
She once looked at Khushi who finally went into slumber, snoring slightly & then went to Arnav.

"What happened? Now that woman freed you,
Or YOU are free from here now that you came here to meet your DI??"
She deliberately stressed on 'di'.

Arnav, who was already frustated with the events taking place, almost shouted,
"I am here to meet My WIFE.
Can you excuse me now, pls?"

Anjali acted as though she's thinking,
"Ermm. But, it doesn't looked the same at terrace!
I know you're business man & you won't believe me, but you can ask ANY of the GUESTS.
They must be thinking the same."
Putting an end to sarcasm, Anjali became emotional,
"What an amazing gift for your wife on her First Karwachauth!"

Arnav halted his car on a deserted road & came out..
His face full of pain, tear strains visisble.
He slid down & shouted his lungs out,
"KHUSHI!"

Somewhere in other part of Delhi, a figure was moving out of Gates & drove to its destination.
As they reached, the back door opened & the figure came out.

So, where do you think is Khushi??
And who is the mysterious figure?

I hope she somewhere safe and gives herself time to realise what she wants in life hope Shyam is not involved or sheetal got some one to get her out of the picture

I'm worries for Anjali. I understand she doesn't want Khushi to go through same pain as she went through because of her full trust on Shyam and his betrayal and that's why she blamed Arnav for becoming another Shyam.

He may not be other Shyam but that doesn't free him from the fact that he took his wife for granted and acted like a jerk.

I just hope khushi is fine.

No guesses on who the mystery figure is.

One question is their going to be Shyam in this story or just for reference?
