It ws spring n pandavas n panchali were in forest. With each passing day, nervousness is engulfing them, specially Arjun...his beloved subhadra ws in her 7th month of pregnancy. He had 3 more kids so he knew that during these days, the mother needs a lot of support n love. But he was not there with her, the feeling was killing him. Other pandavas were also disheartened. They had a lot of dreams fr subhadra,their baby cousin n parths baby. Yudhisthir used to bring subhadra to the court room, where he had a special seat fr her. There he used to try very hard to be a good role model so that subhadras unborn son would learn justice n fairness. Bheem used to cook variety of dishes to fulfill subhadras cravings.arjun used to teach his son the minute details of warcraft. Nakul used to keep his bhabhishree happy by telling her funny jokes n sehdev used to recite the Puranas to his nephew. Draupadi ws a big support system to subhadra during this time, she used to sing for her in the sweetest voice. Occasionally her sons would join her, whispering sweet nothings fr their brother. They had planned a festival in indraprastha on occasion of subhadras godbharai. Everything was perfect, until...
Until gandhar raj had the diabolic idea of dyut sabha which turned the lives of the pandavas n their loved ones upside down.now they were in forest n subhadra in dwarka. Within 2 months she would deliver her baby but unfortunately none of them would be able to see him fr 13 yrs. the pandavas were immersed in these thoughts when they heard the sounds of horses near their hut. They had guests...
They went out to see who had come n they saw vaasudev n satyabhama walk towards them. Yudhisthir ran n greeted them with a smile, welcome vaasudev, come Satya. Draupadi greeted her govind with a beautiful smile n hugged Satya. What bring u here at this odd time krishna, asked bheem. Is subhadra alright madhav, asked parth anxiously. With a mischevious smile krishna said, how cn my dear yogamaya be fine?? It's the occasion of her godbharai n none frm her husband's house r with her. She has said she won't take part in the festivities unless all of u send your blessings for her baby, said Satya. Panchali smiled after a very long time,baby subhadra, she wispered...pls wait until lunch govind, we all will give our special belongings to u so that by looking at them our nephew will recognize us, said sehdev...
It ws post lunch. The 8 of them had a simple but happy meal. After the meal yudhisthir gave a small pair of dice to krishna, which he had carved out of wood. He said, pls give it to my nephew, it will remind him to hate the sin,not the sinner. It will remind him of his uncles follies. I give these dice With the Hope that he will forgive me n his dharma will have the lusture which mine lacked. Bheem gave krishna a big sattu ladoo n said vaasudev, feed this to subhadra at the earliest, this way my blessings n my strenght would reach my nephew. Arjun carved a small bow frm wood n gave it to krishnaa. I always wanted to gift my son his first bow, he looked at his madhav with tears n saw tears in his dark eyes too... Nakul n sehdev made a huge bouquet of lotuses of different colours fr their nephew. It will take him nearer to Mother Nature, they said with wide smiles...
When krishna turned towards draupadi fr her gift, she went in n brought something that puzzled evryone. She brought her chudamani, a beautiful golden frame which had carvings to hold 5 stones, only that there was nothing there now, only the blank golden frame. Govind, could u pls gift this chudamani to subhadra? Asked draupadi,her voice steady, but her doe eyes swimming with tears...
