Technically Shaurya didn't win the bet??

In one of the episodes Shaurya's friend told him that technically he didn't win the bet 2 years back as well. I wonder what he meant by that. Did he mean that Payal didn't fall for Shaurya's charms as per bet and he raped her or was the bet meant for Nitya whom Shaurya couldn't even touch??

I think the bet was for Nitya. Apparently she was arrogant enough not to fall into his "charms" -_-
