While most of the hindi soaps are women centric and portray the "dard" and sacrifices of the female leads, don't you think our show portrays more about Aditya's life, HIS dard, and his sacrifices?

The tagline of the show is-"Kal ki parvarish par tike aaj ke rishte" and is apt too, as it showcased how the separation of his parents affected Adi's life...so much so that he lost faith in relationships and marriage.

Then came Pankhuri. She did so much for his family...and during one instance she was on the verge of losing her life! Poor Adi! His wife was going away from him! And then he did jaap. Another instance where instead of the female praying to god for her husband's life it is the husband who is praying for his wife's life! And God saved Pankhuri's life. Adi realised he LOVES Pankhuri!

Then, after many ups and downs, when Aditya and Pankhuri were FINALLY together...DIVORCE! Again, it was Adi's suggestion. Sacrifice. For the sake of his family.

But how long can too love birds remain away from each other? All family problems solved, now Aditya and Pankhuri married again. Adi thought that FINALLY they were together.

But NO! God wasn't so kind to him after all! When everything was fine and their family united...suddenly Adi loses Pankhuri! Pankhuri has an accident and remains missing for 2 years!

And now we have Adi...an obsessed lover...who is wandering in the hills in search of his wife and has not returned home for 2 years. He is still searching his love!

So, this is the story of Aditya's life...he has seen "Pyar ka dard" in his parents...and in his own life too. He has seen separation, divorce, death...all in his 25 years of life. The life of an innocent boy who was born in a rich family...but always devoid of happiness. The life of a boy who has seen money, but not togetherness, fights in love, but not the sweetness of love.

So don't you think this show is "Aditya ka dard hai"? Don't you think our show is very very unique in EVERY manner?

Good post Shaily. Yes, agree with you.

This show has shown a lot of Adi's dard in his life. And its not fair. Poor Adi has gone through a lot. Seeing his parents separated all his life and his own love life has been so unlucky. Not fair CVs...

Aditya is one of my favourite male protagonist's of Indian TV. I have not watched that much Indian TV at all. But from the little I have watched, I can say that Aditya stands out as one of a kind. From the very first scene of Adi when he is playing his drums, trying to forget the pain of his broken family, to the last scene we saw of him speaking to his Dad, and justifying his decision to keep searching for Pankuri...he has been someone I have loved watching.

He was the first guy that I saw who went to see a girl and asked her what she thinks they should do in the event of a separation? He wanted to see her ID to check her age!! :) From the outset, it was clear he was a very direct and honest person. Pankuri recognised this trait in Adi and respected it. Even when it came across a bit crass! That was the first indication that this is a girl who "got" Adi!

Today the Adi we see is someone who has faith. Faith that he will get his love back. This is a guy who had NO faith when we first saw him. He had no real faith in love, in relationships or even in god! But today, he has faith in all of it! Most of all faith in the love he has for Pankuri and her for him! I was beyond moved by him, as he told Harish "I will wait for her forever"!! A true lover is what Aditya Kumar is. He has once again reinforced my love for him. I hope this "dard Bari" love story has a happy conclusion! From day one, Adi has seen a lot of dard, but he saw a lot of Pyaar too! Especially after Pankuri came into his life. So let's hope he gets that love back, coz he deserves it! The guy has become a "Jogi"!!

Also, a shout out to Nakul Meheta who in my opinion is the ONLY person who could play Adi to the perfection that he has! To me Nakul IS Adi! I can never imagine anyone else in that role. He is a superb actor. He emotes so well and he gives his 100% in every shot and every scene! Love you Nakul!!

Agree with u...Adi is simply awesome!😳 One in a million! A wonderful character!👏

And right...Nakuul is a brilliant actor and NO ONE other than him could have played this role so perfectly! Hats off to him!👏
