Awww! Thats the same problem, like myself. I am 14 right now and my height is about 5 1/2. At 13, i was 4'11 too.
There is nothing you can really do. However, swimming, jump-roping and yoga can help to some extent. It won't do wonders, but I did Yoga and Jump-roping... 😆 (And still am!) 😆
Of course, calcium and all that stuff is helpful for your bones too! 😛

i dont care anymore, nor did i ever. well wen i was in the 9th i was called mayi n the guyz used to 'pair chuo' me as i was the eldest n the shortest n the smartest. 😉
i have been 4'7" ever since 10th. n havent grown tall. does it matter? personality does much more.
😆 😆 😆 heels/ platforms r always there dear.
my sis is 6yr younger than me n is 5'3". i was in hostel for a yr, before leaving, she was shorter, then wen i cam back i had difficulties accepting the fact that she is taller now. 😆 😆 😆 .

I'm so sorry to say,but height is one of those things you can't change...it all has to do with genes and unfortunately you can't change your genes

But,you might wanna try drinking milk...it helps 😉
